ужасный отель, 0 обслуживания, номера вообще не те, уже 4 дня подряд дают одну и ту же еду а на ресепшене девушка орет на нас, 4 дня просим убраться в номере, но никто все также не подошел, не знают ни английский, ни русский, ни переводчиком турецкий, очень расстроены, вроде бы халал отель выбрали, но все курят на этаже и в номерах

SCAMMMMMMM!!!!!!! DOLANDIRILDIKK!!!1 We gave up entering the hotel because we were disturbed by all the employees at the hotel and asked for our money back. Since the hotel employees were very aware of the situation, they said they would refund our money immediately and that there was no problem. We have been calling them since the next day and they are trying to stall us by barely answering our phones. They took money from us for a service we did not receive and are trying not to give it back. otelde tüm çalışanlardan rahatsız olduğumuz için otele girmekten vazgeçtik girişte ve paramızın iadesini istedik Otel çalışanları durumun çok farkında olduğu için hemen paramızı iade edeceklerini ve problem olmadığını söylediler ertesi gün olduğundan beri onları arıyoruz ve telefonlarımızı zar zor açıp bize oyalamaya çalışıyorlar almadığımız Bir hizmetin parasını aldılar bizden ve geri vermemek için uğraşıyorlar

Das Personal ist hilfsbereit, dies reicht jedoch nicht aus, Sie sind nicht für ein 5-Sterne Hotel ausgebildet, diesem Hotel würde ich max. 3 Sterne geben … selbst Gabeln und Handtücher sind Mangelware … vor allem aus hygienischer Sicht ein deutliches Minus, die WC werden nicht regelmäßig gereinigt, entsprechend stinkt es hier stark nach Urin, der Strand wird stiefmütterlich behandelt, zu wenig Personal und eine grobe Fehlplanung, … Zimmer werden auch nach Forderung nicht gereinigt, frische Handtücher gibt es ebenfalls nicht, würde das komplette Management austauschen und vieles verändern … daher nicht weiterzuempfehlen …

Deniz yok gibi birşey kadınlar icin. Bir karış deniz dalgalı çer çöp rüzgarlı. Otel kocaman çalışanlar hicbirseye yetişemiyor. 5 yıldızlı degil belediye tesisi gibi başlarında müdür olmayan bir yer gibi.. açıkçası resimler de gerçekle alakası yok gibi...

Herşey rezalet öğlen giriş yaptık otele yemekler rezalet plastik çatallarla yemek yedik çatalları yıkamadaymış ..yarım saat içinde yenebilecek tek şey olan sade makarna tükendi ve yenisi eklenmedi resmen aç kaldık.. Kadınlar bölümünde İçilebilecek soğuk içecek 2 çeşit var kovadan dolduruyorlar bardaklar leş içinde tabak çanak herşey leş..daha tatilin ilk gününde bütün gardımız düştü yazık ödediğim paraya ..4 gün nasıl geçer burda şuandan itabaren tek düşündüğüm o.. odada mini bar bomboş.. cidden şoklardayım bu kadar fenomene reklama ödedikleri parayı keşke otele yatırım yapsalarmış daha çok müşteri getirirlermiş otele..

We had food poisoning all of us, we booked 6 rooms we were a family of 15 people, the rooms were disaster the handles broken, the air conditioning leaking, shower ventilation doesn’t stop, staff didn’t speak English at all, in the restaurant they do same food every day, the hygiene is very poor, staff not trained we regret booking for 12 days as we felt sick during the first 3/4 days, we met so many people that weren’t happy about this overpriced hotel, in the reception you see queue of people complaining

Bayanla bölümü Denizi cok güzel! Spa Bölümü hizmeti iyi. Ancak otel temizligi cok kötü, hizmet ve cözüm anlayisi cok kötü, yemekler ödenen gündelige karsilik kötü (hindi kavurmasi nerde yapiliyor ??ve kimler yiyor??), cok sesli ve gürültülü ve sakin bir ortam yok. Oda temizligi aksam 18:00 kadar yapilmamisti, odada Kozmetik ayna yok, Sandalye yok, Klima ve buzdolabi cok sesli; genel olarak odalar cok eski. Genel yorumum kötü cünki bukadar cok alinan paraya karsilik verilmiyor.
