Lovely, peaceful resort with very friendly and helpful staff. A nice sized pool with plenty of sun loungers to relax on. It’s on the quieter end of the beach but has its own pier where you can get a boat to and from the main pier. Sunset beach was only a 20 minute walk away which I would recommend if you want to see a beautiful sunset! A little paradise!

Fantastic stay at Sara Resort. They pick you up from the speed boat ferry terminal and the staff service was superb throughout my stay from all staff members! Beach was awesome, room was comfortable and right on the beach, breakfast was great and other meals are delicious at reasonable prices. There are also lots of fun bars and restaurants all around but the place is quiet for sleeping at night. Perfect for me! Loved it, highly recommended!

I was there a couple nights, the room is cozy with huge bathroom cold, hot water. It is one of isolated place with nice environment if you like quite island place you should try there. At night, it is quiet place no any pub place nearby there. The staffs all are friendly but you all guys should improve. They have no breakfast provided but I could get any meal where next their resort. That’s gorgeous place.

A serene setting adorned our seaside villa & balcony atop, sea water lapping beneath. Villa 126 with vogue decor & a wraparound view to match was as perfect as the abundant sea life that exists below with crabs scurrying about doing their business a the sight of magnificent tropical fish of many colours including a school of Angelfish & an array of ever colourful coral spanned Pearl Resorts entire coastal boardwalk. Sheer delight! The highlight being the view beneath the waters surface in a CLEAR KAYAK at 6:30am the silent serene glass like sea water enabled a mesmerising view; an array of intricate coloured corals with hundreds of fish weaving through its channels, unbelievable in our now ever changing climate BUT it was real! Can't fault this resort from the time we arrived to its end the facilities and activities & to the hospitality staff incl. the managers to the service staff were all outstanding & waterside beauty & body treatments with Jenny it’s well & truely beyond a 5 star resort. Exquisite food of perfect presentation & perfectly cooked seafood al dente’ pasta & rice a foodies delight even the breakfast lobster fried rice was sensational. Thank you for a great stay. This hotel is located on the main beach of the island close to a mini-mart and several restaurants and other resorts. The staff is super kind (especially a guy who just started working there 4 days before we arrived, and the one guy who welcomed us and introduced us to the facilities) The place is clean and rooms are nice. The mini bar and food at the restaurant is quite is expensive as any place on the island compared to the rest of Cambodia. They have kayaks and padel boards for you to use for free, though they aren’t in the best condition no more. The wifi is good

Maybe one of the best hotels at Koh Rong Sanloem. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very nice, swimming pool, restaurant, food, everything good and clean. Beach front, few bars around.

Good location. Very (very) friendly and helpful staff. The in-house restaurant is good. The breakfast was rather below standard (fried rice/noodles, eggs, toast, fruit) The facility is a bit old. The private beach section was well-kept and was cleared of rubbish every day. There isn't ”much” to see around it, but the resort is tied to a deposit that crosses the island.

We booked a deluxe sea view room at Island Center Point and it was stunning. Everything in the room was finished to a high standard: quality furniture, a comfortable bed and a beautiful outdoor bathroom with luxury toiletries. We were able to step straight from the terrace of our room onto the beach where there are lovely cabanas dotted around. The staff were all delightful, friendly and eager to help whenever they were needed. Island Center Point is towards the end of the bay closest to the jetty where the ferry drops you. It’s very quiet which suited us, we were able to dip in and out of the livelier bars further along the bay whenever we wanted and then return to the peace and comfort of our resort. It feels as though there is still work going on (not that we were in the least disturbed) and I imagine things will only improve as it becomes more established. Saracen bay is lovely, the sand is probably the best I’ve ever come across - it’s like talcum powder. On the two days we were there our side of the island was very breezy, which we were told is often the case in the dry season - this was actually very nice and kept the temperature down but for a change of scenery we also followed the signs and walked across the island to Lazy Beach where you could have been on a different island everything was so calm. There is a lovely bar and restaurant on Lazy Beach which I would also recommend. Breakfast is buffet style in the restaurant and caters to all tastes but a small criticism would be that staff were slow to replenish food that had run out. The restaurant is open all day and serves dinner in the evening but it was very quiet on both the nights we stayed - it’s set back from the beach and to me it lacked atmosphere at night and didn’t appear to draw people in. Given the other very positive reviews about the food I would see this as a great opportunity to make things more inviting and then I’m sure good trade would follow. All in all I would highly recommend.

It is much better than originally thought. The room is very clean. Although it is far from the port, it is not very convenient to travel, but it is very quiet. The hotel has a boat that can pick up and drop off to the port. One dollar is for one person, except for no hot water. Of course, there is actually there. The weather doesn't need to be there anymore. There is really nothing to be picky about. The boss is a Frenchman. He walks with a glass of wine and a book every day. He really feels good about Gaolong Island. There are not so many tourists, not too much. It’s a lot of trouble for many European and American tourists who are holding books and sunbathing in the posters or snorkeling. Suitable for individuals or small couples, not suitable for parent-child travel, because there is really no entertainment on the island...

Honestly the best view I've ever had from my room to watch the sunset across the beach. The staff couldn't have done more, they were so helpful with everything. I also left something in my room and a staff member found me before I got on the boat from M'Pai Bay.
