But, some items should be improved: 1) Lightning: bedroom and bathroom with low lightning, especially in the shower area; 2) As a beach resort, activities and games should be offered, such as ping pong, volleyball, etc; 3) Include hot chocolate in the breakfast without extra charge. I highly recommend the hotel and would stay again.

Booked twin sea view but it was side sea view with the view at the wall, front rooms. Gym is small, no water there. The staff is not trying to solve your problems. Only with the help of trip.com my problem was solved. Employees/workers are living in the hotel. Hotel is new but management is week. Breakfast was great, very big choice of food.

Fantastic stay at Sara Resort. They pick you up from the speed boat ferry terminal and the staff service was superb throughout my stay from all staff members! Beach was awesome, room was comfortable and right on the beach, breakfast was great and other meals are delicious at reasonable prices. There are also lots of fun bars and restaurants all around but the place is quiet for sleeping at night. Perfect for me! Loved it, highly recommended!

The room was fairly spacious and comfortable bed but the bathroom was very smelly. Breakfast was very nice. The beach and pool area were enjoyable.

This is an excellent hotel for young families. The breakfast range was comprehensive catering for both Asian & European clients even if some of the items were not of the highest quality, it would suit most families. The hotel pools on the sea front were stunning as was the beech by the sea front restaurant. Ideal for the very young and the proficient swimmer. Clean and in good order with toilet facilities are on hand. The hotel rooms were in very good condition. The sea view restaurant cooks all the meal individually and therefor you need to order in advance if you have very young children as you will wait for at least 30 minutes before your food arrives. Some of the dishes were fabulous however you could order the same dish a day later and find it disappointing. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families. A very sad fact is that the hotel staff who we saw worked very hard and were friendly at all times are housed in shocking low standard accommodation blocks on site.

Generally speaking, it is satisfactory. The scenery of the whole island is beautiful and the layout is very private. The rooms in the hotel are not so stunning. It is better than natural simplicity and comfort. The service was very considerate, because the corners of the eyes were inflamed, the doctor at the hotel was there and checked and gave the medicine immediately. The local service workers on the island are very simple, always smiling and greeting each other, and some are still trying to chat with you in Chinese. Basically three days on the island, eating, drinking, sleeping, swimming, fishing, snorkeling, is quite fulfilling. There are only two restaurants, the food prices are not low, if you have a Chinese stomach, staying for more than three days is still a bit hard.

I visited to play poker. The table is open every evening and the rate is $ 1-2. Meals are free during poker. There was no limit on the amount of purchase, and even many people were about $ 500. Lovely, peaceful resort with very friendly and helpful staff. A nice sized pool with plenty of sun loungers to relax on. It’s on the quieter end of the beach but has its own pier where you can get a boat to and from the main pier. Sunset beach was only a 20 minute walk away which I would recommend if you want to see a beautiful sunset! A little paradise!
