Room is ok, but basin sink is choked. I faced water problem at night. Tv not working. Overall not a good stay.

I recently stayed at hotel embassy siliguri and i had a good experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the market. The room was bit small clean, well-maintained. The bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful. There was no any noise issues.

Room was not up to the standard as shown . Water kept falling from ac indoor unit inside the room continuously. There was no footmat at bathroom entrance. Intercom was not working. There was water seepage & leakage from bathroom cealing. Hotel staff were not at all cooperative. No additional towel was provided after repeated request. No tea bag / coffee/ milk / sugar was provided. Drinking water provided in glass bottles in room were tasteless and hard, instead package drinking water should have been provided.

Staff was a bit cooperative but rooms were too small. Ac malfunctioned. Food was okay, i didn't liked the location.

I recently stayed at hotel embassy and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel’s location was ideal, close to the market and public transportation, which made getting around the city easy. My room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. I felt that the breakfast options could have been there. Despite these minor issues.

I recently stayed at Hotel Mount Embassy Siliguri, bathroom door and frond door lock was broken…. we are alloted room number 301 ,Room was ok ok type but the staff from the front desk has been very warm and welcoming and also very professional
