The room is very nice. Although it is an older hotel, it is very clean. The swimming pool is also very nice. The location is very good, close to various attractions and subways. The apartment hotel is well-equipped and very convenient. I will come again in the future.

The room lay out design was bad. The room was dark. I even could not read the words on the remote control at the TV area. I had to sit on a day bed to watch TV but there was no back support, hence very uncomfortable. The day bed was too close to the TV. The power cord was covered by dust and was not cleaned during my 4 nights staying. Amenity replenishment was also an issue. Eg hand soap and lotion were not replenished. Soiled kitchen cloth in the kitchenette was taken away but never return.

Staff were very friendly and our room was bumped up a tier when we arrived. Room was huge and had all the amenities we needed. Hotel in CBD area so not alot of places were opened over the weekend but very near Lau Pa Sat which is nice.

Hotel was centrally located and staff was very user friendly. There was a full kitchen and EVEN a washer/dryer in the room. There was no view from our room and the temp was a bit challenging to keep cool but overall a wonderful stay!
