Sakura hotel 81 I'm booking many time, always they allow to early check in,and stuff also very friendly and i ask them if i book next time can early chek in or no,stuff say if have room after 11o’clock can chek in, But this time I'm going 12 o'clock they never allow and ask me 20 dollar,than i pay 20 dollar and give me very poor room,my bad is foor, meaning I'm flooring Don't have inside bad, have only mattress Pillow , i pay total 100 dollar for why i sleep at floor.this is my last time to book here,next time bye bye, if i pay extra 20 dollar check in early any hotel can i book not sakura, here mrt so far Way, here I'm always booking for they allow early checking.

the hotel was clean and very nice. people at the reception were very nice, she helped me fixed my signal with my iphone and the other guy was so friendly and gave us bottled water before leaving because my kid was very sweaty..

The hotel is situated in a heritage area with beautiful conservation architecture. It is a good place to learn about Singapore's heritage. The hotel is clean and provides a hassle-free stay.

While Off the room for city tour back in room on date20/07/2024. Noticed water leaking from wall towards life lighting. Reported to hotel.. They claim just done a servicing that cause the situation... Is a dangerer electric shock condition... Why can't such Situation checked rather reported by room user.... It could be dangerous in life on hotel user... Tentative post a screen shot as video taken unable attached here
