Very nice hotel and very enjoyable stay. Restaurants and metro literally on the doorstep of this hotel make it a fantastic choice for those who travel for business and it is very convenient. Very nice customer service from the front office staff as well.

This is my second time here and I love the cosy boutique rooms, as well as the fact that they have plenty of solo rooms for single travelers. The service was amazing as well, as every staff was friendly, polite and thoughtful.

I think ramps can be made on the stairs to make it easier for passengers to push their luggage. After all, you still need to push it yourself when checking out. You can't ask the customer service staff to push it. I think the rest is fine because the location is really convenient.
