Service: can be better. check in on a saturday but was told there was a high volume of occupantancy and had to check in later after 4pm (came around 230-3pm). Was quite disappointed on that, but asked if we could check out later and they gave us an hour later check out. oh and the reception was crowded with tourist when we arrive, felt quite choatic, might be just weekend things (?) and touristy area Despite that, they managed to store our baggage while we roam around orchard, and also help carry them up into our room. Room was well kept, interior is great and cool esp with the balcony. Enjoy the esspresso machine and water dispenser as well. They promote sustainbility in terms of having the choice to reuse towels and place them at a designated area so housekeeping wont replace them. although room seemed small but its quite spacious, enough for two people to enjoy comfortably. Only went to the pool area and it was cool too, very picturesque. Quite worth to stay once as a local but for tourists, would be a good place to stay with families :)

I really like the reception service and check in. It’s very smooth and staff there stand on your shoes to think for me. The hotel is near everywhere. It’s adjacent to Marina Corner and Suntec where you can do some shopping. The room is awesome. It basically gets a bird’s view of all the attractions near Sand Bay. Here I want to say thanks to Abhi at there front desk reception. He is super helpful and kind. Thumb up to Pan Pacific.

It's our repeat staycation here as we love the suite with the spacious living area, well equipped kitchen and the beautiful swimming pool. Arab Street and Haji Lane just right across the street. Walkable to Bugis Junction as well. Only issue is that front desk staff are not that welcoming.
