Best Pet Friendly Hotels in Singapore

We had a great time staying at the Dao by Dorsett AMTD Singapore during Christmas this year. We were warmly welcome by the staff during checkin. The staff was very friendly and even gave my baby a teddy bear as a welcoming gift. We stayed at the two bedrooms suite which was perfect for our family. We could prepare food for the baby in the kitchen and enjoyed dinner at the dinning room altogether. The location of the hotel is really convenience. It’s walkable distance to the infamous maxwell food center, the Chinatown and MRT station. The pick up spot for grab just right downstairs. We highly recommended this hotel. The buffet in the morning was really good. We stayed for 4 nights and the food were different almost everyday.

I am impressed with Far East's business plan to brand Oasia Sentosa resort as a place for people to refresh, restore and relax. Guests can join the programmes at the resort such as aqua zumba, morning qigong, evening yoga and workshops. The hotel lobby has a nice scent and the signature massage at Oasia Spa make my tensed muscle relax. The close proximity to Palawan beach and Imbiah Station makes it convenient to explore the island. I would come back for another spa & stay.

Thank you very much for surprising us with a cake for our daughter's advance birthday celebration during our stay. Shuttle bus helps smooth our return journey back after staycation. Warm welcome and care showered by front desk, concierge, security and housekeeping throughout. Our kiddos look forward to plan next staycation soon.

Located in sentosa, shuttle bus is very frequent and bus leave on the dot so need to be on time. Room size is big and bed is comfortable. Resort is very beautiful and has free fish spa for your feet. Best thing is you can spot peacocks in the premises! We saw two. Breakfast has Mee Siam is tasty and spread is just nice. Cleanliness needs improvement though and facilities are old. Has a room screening Tom and jerry with bean bags seats and popcorn but the bead bags are quite smelly and popcorn are stale. Bought half board option, hotel not informed of dinner option and contacted trip CS to ask them to contact hotel. It took one hour plus to resolved, managed catch the dinner time. If price is lower I will consider coming back again.

Greetings esteemed reviewers, it is with great dismay that I pen this review to share my recent experience at the Conrad Orchard Singapore which was well below expectation. This isn't my first time to stay here. In a previous review, I had bestowed upon the hotel a rating of four stars and had made mention of the General Manager's name, Oscar Postma, as a mild critique of their performance. My stay had been quite wonderful, albeit marred by their proclivity towards complacency in providing minor special requests. However, I found myself the subject of ill-treatment at the hands of the hotel's personnel. Their behavior was nothing short of bullying, as they proceeded to pursue punitive measures against my top-tier membership in their esteemed chain of hotels, ultimately resulting in its suspension. The road to reinstatement was replete with challenges, and I was disconcerted by their unseemly conduct, which seemed to be directed towards punishing me for my candid review. It is my duty to warn other fellow reviewers that these individuals are not to be mistaken for gentlemen of standing and refinement, but rather, they utilize tactics that are more in line with the mindset of a thug, targeting those who dare to voice their concerns. Any potential guest at the Conrad Orchard Singapore should be prepared to navigate such hostility. In summation, I find the behavior of the hotel's personnel to be wholly unacceptable, and I would caution any prospective guests to prepare themselves accordingly. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a warning to all who might consider a stay at this establishment.

Definitely the best hotel/service apartment! We had a great and wonderful experience in this marvelous hotel. Our family of 4 booked the 2 bedroom and stayed from Oct 2022 to Feb 2023 (about 4,5 months) 2 bedroom come with washing machine, fully equipped kitchenette, refrigerator and microwave👍 The hotel also provide alternate days housekeeping service (depending on the room number) we would like to extend our deepest and grateful thanks to all the housekeeping staff (Especially to those who service our room -1301) during our stay! On level 9, there’s also a group of very dedicated, friendly front office staff, please extend our appreciation to all of them, they’re always so cheerful and smiley everyday 👏👍 thank you FO team! There’s a Launderette , working space, Gym, swimming pool at level 9, We love to use these facilities. The location of this hotel is 100% perfect! It’s near to Raffles Place MRT station, cafes, hawker center and restaurants are all within the area. Lots of tourist spot (Merlion, Boat Quay, Singapore Flyer) are within walking distance. This hotel provide daily (Weekday except PH) breakfast at level 1, their choice are limited (around 5-6 to chose and it’s the same throughout our 4.5 months stay) therefore after a few weeks we got tired with the breakfast. Overall we love this hotel and will definitely come back again! 🥰

Nice to be back! Thank you for accommodating my special requests. Nice view! I was held up at check in and given a coffee voucher for waiting (over 10mins), but it’s fine. Unfortunately our first check-in room experience wasn’t pleasant. There was blood stain on the sofa and unknown hair, feather and droplets of water on the floor. The electric kettle wasn’t working and a day later the toilet flush down. The room had a lot of faults! But, they fixed it up quickly as soon as I called the receptionist. I don’t mean to be troublesome. I borrowed the pool towels to make bed for my dog (sorry if it’s illegal, but dun worry he’s on diapers so won’t dirty the towels). There were more snacks choices this time and I always like the lemon mint infused water. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and had a relaxing long weekend. One more thing to pets owners, I would say this hotel is pet friendliest after I called some other hotels to check them out. I will definitely be back with my dog anytime I want to bring him along for a staycay. Cashy loved it and celebrated his birthday in the room. service was exemplary - timely with responses and was able to even find us scotch tape and scissors for decorations 😂 capella also has the BEST breakfast. really enjoyed our time at capella as usual!

There is a washing machine, you can cook, there is a gym, and the swimming pool is very convenient for travel

A very pleasant stay! I have always had a good impression of the hotels under the Far East Group. This time I stayed at the Adina Apartment. As expected, it was still very pleasant. Excellent location, convenient transportation, comprehensive room facilities, and thoughtful and warm service... are all plus points for this trip. At the same time, I would also like to praise Ctrip for its efficient, responsible and humane professionalism in handling user problems. Ctrip is a warm-hearted person and highly recommended with 100 stars👍
