Best Pet Friendly Hotels in Singapore

Honestly the best stay I’ve had in the longest time.It was my son’s birthday and I had a complimentary upgrade to a 2 bedroom instead and it was amazing.Super clean and spacious and we had the best time.The view was amazing cause it was facing the sea.Thank you to the staffs for being so accommodating and welcoming.We received a complimentary cake too.I look forward to coming back here again.A great staycay!

The service was great, we enjoyed our breakfast at the sanctuary cafe for the 2 mornings we were at the hotel. Waitress MJ and the floor manager (an Indian gentleman whose name I didn’t catch) were extremely professional and welcoming and we think the best part of our hotel stay. The spread was decent, and there were slight differences in what was available for the buffet on the two mornings we visited. Hotel wise staff were friendly, lifts were easily available no long wait times. Close to imbiah station and a short walk to the beach area. The room was clean, the Aircon was powerful, and the complimentary mini bar with coke sprite and bottled water, as well as kitkat and Oreo’s were a pleasant surprise. The room was also very spacious with a huge bath room. The carpet was very clean that sometimes we forgot to wear our room slippers. 5/5 for the cleaning crew! Things that could do better was that the Facilities and room were really worn out the laminate was peeling, and there was no where for us to hang up our wet swim wear and towels. Considering that the hotel promotes eco practices like reusing our towels, it would be nice to have more than the two hooks to hang up wet fabrics to dry. A quick fix would be to install a simple laundry line over the tub..just our suggestion. What bothered us the most was the noise. while the bed was very firm and comfortable and we enjoyed the clean room….the sound insulation ensured that we did not get any sleep in the two nights we were there. We could hear the neighbor’s conversation (imagine a women’s voice laughing beside you in the middle of the night), slamming doors, and water rattling through the pipes every time someone took a shower or flushed the toilet. I could even hear stuff drop on the floor as if it’s in our room . Also the sink faucet turned on by itself to the surprise of my son who happened to be sitting on the toilet. Interesting , tho we think it’s just the poor plumbing rather than something supernatural 😂. generally it was a pleasant stay if not for the noise.

It was a nice room, however there wasnt any creamer for the coffee.. at the hotel restaurant breakfast buffet, I went to the noodles making soup at 0930 the lady making the noodles told me that i came too late and she wasnt serving. I went back to the counter and saw her serving other people.. live stations closes at 1030, was not my first time there. This happened on the 10/11/14. Also, when the staff at the restaurant clears the table, they dont ask if you are done with the plate, they jus clear it... like I WAS NOT DONE.. one of the staff when clearing my salad plate, poured the balsamic vinegar dressing on me, worse is she didnt know cause she was ”in a rush” to prep for lunch. This happened on the 09/11/24 at ard 1020hrs? It's quite disappointing that the standard of the restaurant dropped so much even tho the food is nice.

Greetings esteemed reviewers, it is with great dismay that I pen this review to share my recent experience at the Conrad Orchard Singapore which was well below expectation. This isn't my first time to stay here. In a previous review, I had bestowed upon the hotel a rating of four stars and had made mention of the General Manager's name, Oscar Postma, as a mild critique of their performance. My stay had been quite wonderful, albeit marred by their proclivity towards complacency in providing minor special requests. However, I found myself the subject of ill-treatment at the hands of the hotel's personnel. Their behavior was nothing short of bullying, as they proceeded to pursue punitive measures against my top-tier membership in their esteemed chain of hotels, ultimately resulting in its suspension. The road to reinstatement was replete with challenges, and I was disconcerted by their unseemly conduct, which seemed to be directed towards punishing me for my candid review. It is my duty to warn other fellow reviewers that these individuals are not to be mistaken for gentlemen of standing and refinement, but rather, they utilize tactics that are more in line with the mindset of a thug, targeting those who dare to voice their concerns. Any potential guest at the Conrad Orchard Singapore should be prepared to navigate such hostility. In summation, I find the behavior of the hotel's personnel to be wholly unacceptable, and I would caution any prospective guests to prepare themselves accordingly. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a warning to all who might consider a stay at this establishment.

Definitely the best hotel/service apartment! We had a great and wonderful experience in this marvelous hotel. Our family of 4 booked the 2 bedroom and stayed from Oct 2022 to Feb 2023 (about 4,5 months) 2 bedroom come with washing machine, fully equipped kitchenette, refrigerator and microwave👍 The hotel also provide alternate days housekeeping service (depending on the room number) we would like to extend our deepest and grateful thanks to all the housekeeping staff (Especially to those who service our room -1301) during our stay! On level 9, there’s also a group of very dedicated, friendly front office staff, please extend our appreciation to all of them, they’re always so cheerful and smiley everyday 👏👍 thank you FO team! There’s a Launderette , working space, Gym, swimming pool at level 9, We love to use these facilities. The location of this hotel is 100% perfect! It’s near to Raffles Place MRT station, cafes, hawker center and restaurants are all within the area. Lots of tourist spot (Merlion, Boat Quay, Singapore Flyer) are within walking distance. This hotel provide daily (Weekday except PH) breakfast at level 1, their choice are limited (around 5-6 to chose and it’s the same throughout our 4.5 months stay) therefore after a few weeks we got tired with the breakfast. Overall we love this hotel and will definitely come back again! 🥰

1st time staying at Citadines Balestier with my family for our short break in Spore. The location is conveniently located to Sentosa and Marina Bay Sands and also to the Whampoa Food Court. The nearest shopping centre is 2-3 buses away, Vivo and Novena Shopping Point. This apartel is still very new looking eventhough its a few years. Inside the room ammenties are clean n still new. There are 1 tv in the living room and another in our sleeping room. Shower is great n big as well. The only downside is if you need drinking water, you will need to go down to level 6 to get it from the dispenser. I find it very inconvenient so I boiled myself with the kettle provided. There is a washing machine cum dryer inside the service residence. No instructions was given, it’s difficult for non regular washing person to understand or use it. Some guides should be given on this. I tried washing some clothes n it came out not so dry even after the dryer being used. Left it overnight n all my clothes came out extremely crumpled!! Otherwise everything is good😀

Check in was suppose to be at 3pm , I arrived earlier at 2.50 but only can check in around 3.30. Floor felt a bit dusty Order in supper , called reception to check but they forgot to check in with the kitchen , resulting in delayed supper 😠

Very good size room and location is not too far from Somerset mrt station. Close to killiney road eateries, supermarket and a massage spa. Swimming pool is little small and not that well maintained.

Not bad, very convenient place The room is very quiet, even though the main road is right outside the window, there are few cars and there are free parking spaces, which is great. It is only 700-800m away from the shopping mall and subway station, and opposite Jiankang City

I think my studio apar**ent here is actually bigger than my 1-bed flat back home. The layout is great and having the flexibility of a washing machine and a place to cook food, stock up your fridge is excellent. Ever only took me a couple of minutes to get to any place around Singapore and Orchard and my beloved Mr Coconut are so close. 🥰 The staff are super friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast aunties and Deepa who is in charge of house keeping. A place can be as luxurious as ever but if the people aren’t friendly and kind, it’s pointless. Adina just so happens to have had both. Now, I do wish my bed didn’t always move from side to side but that’s probably me tossing and turning… haha. All things considered I had a lovely time. The room could have more plugs to made it easier to charge devices and work, but that’s not the end of the world. By the way… the pool. Gah, I don’t want to leave. Early mornings by the pool with the waterfall on or late at night for writing with cool fresh air, quietness and the scent of night jasmine. Perfection.
