Atrium Beach Resort and Spa St Maarten a Ramada by Wyndham

This is my second stay at the Atrium and I’m just as impressed as I was the first time . Very friendly staff that always have a smile on their faces. Room clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable. The location is spot on , close to the bars and restaurants and there is a supermarket around the corner

First time here and i gotta say "This place was very cool" Excellent location for both beach and land activities. This area seems to be the hub for restaurants, ******, movies, bars, diving and excursions, you hardly even need a taxi because everything is within walking distance. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

I was pleasantly surprised. I would give it a 10 out of 10. The studio was huge. The bed was super comfortable. The balcony and view was outstanding. The beach chairs and umbrellas were like new. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very convenient to restaurants and supermarkets.

This was by far the WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! My husband and I are both 75 years old. We wanted a STRESS FREE VACATION because we had not gone on one in a long time. When we arrived at the Atrium at 11:30 in the morning, we were told that our room was not ready which we were not upset about until several other guests continued to arrive and were immediately taken to rooms. We kept being told our room was not ready but we were being given the BEST Room in the hotel! At 4:15 we were finally allowed to take out our bags up to a Room. SAFETY BEING OUR FIRST CONCERN, we were immediately outraged. The room was a FIRE TRAP. You had to open two doors into a small closet type room but had to enter the area and shut the door behind us to be able to open the door to our room. If this door was left open by anyone and a fire or any EMERGENCY happened, we would not be able to open the door to our room. SCARY!!! Second, if this was the best room they had, I would hate to see the rest. The room was DATED! The SLIDERS WERE BROKEN. They. could not be locked. They were very HEAVY AND DID NOT OPEN DUE TO DAMAGE!! Again, A FIRE TRAP. When we confronted the front desk, their reply was WE WERE RCI GUESTS! and the others were full paying guests. We immediately searched out another resort, and THANKFULLY were able to find another place to stay that was beautiful and relaxing and we were able to afford to do this.

The rooms were large and spacious but need updates. The furniture and fixtures were outdated except for the bathrooms and kitchen which were modern. There is a lot of trash behind the hotel and the city views aren't that great but the hotel makes up for it in the staff, spa, and proximity to everything. Coffee bar was NEVER open, which was frustrating. Special thanks to Aisha in guest services as she helped us a lot!

Service was so wonderful. Everyone was so friendly. Very attentive to our needs. Clean. Convenient and the view was awesome.

I am really happy with our stay at the Atrium Beach Resort. The condos are quite large with spacious rooms and huge balconys with a fantastic view over the Simpson Bay. We always had our breakfast on the balcony (if you pull out the steel "curtain/wall" you can get a shade over your breakfast table). I would definetly consider coming back a second time to Atrium.

Had a very nice stay at the Atrium Resort on Simpson Bay. Our efficiency unit was in good shape with recently updated appliances. The staff was very professional and hospitable. The grounds & pool were clean & in good condition. We couldn't have asked for more.

It was my first time to Sint Maarten. The staff at The Atrium was wonderful, especially Aisha Van Patten, one of the desk clerks. She has the heart of the Friendly Island and was very accommodating and always had a jovial disposition. Love the location as everything you need is within walking distance. We rented a car and had no problem parking, as The Atrium had underground and surface parking. The room was immaculate, clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, pots, silverware, and appliances. I slept on the sofa bed, which was very comfortable.   The Aquarius Spa is another bonus. The prices were reasonable, and they offered an array of services. I had a manicure and pedicure by BeBe who is fantastic! She is also a massage therapist. On my return trip, I will again stay at The Atrium.
