The hotel 🏨 is in a moderate location and is very convenient to and from the airport ✈️. The staff 👫 have a good attitude and provide ❤️ service; the room is spacious and clean, the water pressure is normal, and shower liquid/shampoo is provided. This hotel is incredibly over priced for what it is but all hotels here are due to being close to the airport. I got an Uber there from terminal 2 as I was so very tired and the cheapest was £25 to drive you basically up a road. The bus is £1.75 but when you catch it to the airport as I did as I had a coach to get you have to walk to the end of the road to cross over and then walk back on yourself so if you have a lot of luggage or kids this could be an issue.
The shower was dangerous, no grip on the shower tray just a flat base, the cheap metal looking plastic disk that sits on the plug in the shower is not attached so it just spins round the floor for you to tread on or trip on. The shower hose cannot be used properly unless it is attached to the holder so you can't take it off and use it to get bits easier. The clip holding the shower hose is cheap and flimsy, the knob flew off into the shower when I was adjusting it. Plus there is no ventilation in there so the room gets very hot.
There is an Aircon unit but I'm not too sure how well it was working as it was set at 22 and then 19 but I was sweating after my shower as you also can't open a window.
When walking to reception I found that the heating was also on even though it wasn't cold outside.
The staff were nice enough but it just had a cheap feel to it from the layout and the decoration.
Will only stay here again if I'm desperate.
