Horrible! Definitely not 4*!
Wires sticking out of the wall, broken hair dryer in the bathroom, moldy shower, damaged furniture.
It rained at night, and in the morning we found a puddle in the room. (Although the door to the balcony was tightly closed)
The only plus is the good location
