Data la posizione mi sarei aspettata qualcosa di più, invece la prima cosa che mi ha deluso è stata la colazione, caffè, latte in termos, cornetti, crostate biscotti tutti confezionati, yogurt del discount....lo consiglierei soltanto x la posizione in cui si trova

A parte l’ottima posizione centrale a due passi dal duomo, la residenza ha delle recensioni di Booking gonfiate. La struttura non è curata, la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, il bagno non era stato pulito bene prima del nostro arrivo. La mobilia è vecchia e rovinata, c’era un tappeto sporco e maleodorante. Il condizionatore d’aria è bloccato su un’unica temperatura e modalità e non è possibile modificare l’opzione. La colazione inclusa è basica. Se si prenota con Booking poi l’addetta al check in propone di cancellare la prenotazione e applica uno sconto sul prezzo. Non ha nessuna convenzione con parcheggi nelle vicinanze.

Esperienza da evitare. Colazione di scarsissima qualità’, non è stato neanche possibile avere un cappuccino. All’arrivo, dopo la seconda chiamata per avere indicazioni su dove lasciare la macchina, mi è stato risposto dal proprietario che lo stavo disturbando. Camera con tentativo di essere vintage, invece sa di vecchio. Bordi della doccia rotti, prese del bagno senza protezione, due risicati bagnoschiuma a disposizione. Unica cosa positiva: dimora esterna molto bella: si entra in un cortile di un palazzo antico e si trova al centro della via principale di ortigia.

Al proprietario mancano le buone maniere, frigorifero in comune con tutte le altre camere, sistema di condizionamento difettoso, colazione scadente e i prodotti per l'igiene in bagno non sono stati forniti a sufficienza.Da non tornarci mai piu

Avevamo prenotato questo B&B per 4 notti ma dopo 2 siamo state letteralmente cacciate in malomodo dal proprietario perche ci siamo lamentate della sua intrusione in camera in nostra assenza necessaria, secondo lui, a modificare la temperatura dell'aria condizionata che altrimenti avrebbe mandato in tilt il sistema. A nostra domanda se fosse consuetudine entrare nelle camere in assenza degli ospiti e senza avvertire, ci e' stato risposto che lui poteva entrare in quanto quella era casa sua. Colazione molto mediocre con prodotti di scarsa qualita. Unico punto a favore, la posizione super strategica e comoda per visitare Ortigia.

Location eccezionale: nel pieno centro di Ortigia e nella strada regina dello shopping. Disponibilità meravigliosa del personale che ti aiuta a risolvere non previsti problemi di mobilità, per esempio sciopero dei treni. Un grazie ad Adriana e Valentina. Questi elementi da anni ci fanno scegliere questo B&B per le nostre incursioni per la stagione del teatro greco.

B&B Casa D'Alleri is a wonderful hide-away right in the centre of historic Ortigia. Friendly reception with lots of advice on local history, attractions and activities. Quiet, nicely decorated rooms, many overlooking a charming internal courtyard. Conveniently located in the pedestrian-only part of Via Roma, with plenty of shops and restaurants close-by. Parking is challenging, but do-able as long as you don't mind walking from the nearest public carpark 10-15mins walk away. As we were leaving before breakfast the host packed up a small breakfast snack for us the night before.

J'ai passé une semaine à la Casa d'Alleri du 12 mai 2022 au 19 mai 2022. J'ai pris la peine de questionner l'hébergeur avant mon arrivée sur les conditions d'accès au logement, celui-ci étant situé en ZTL. Le loueur m'a précisé qu'il déclarerai mon vehicules aux autorités. En arrivant, j'ai communiqué à la reception le numero d'immatriculation de mon véhicule de location pour le communiquer à la police municipale. Aujourd'hui, 15 mois plus tard, je recois une série de contraventions pour avoir pénétré en ZTL durant mon séjour !!!! Pas de réponse à mes demandes d'explication ......
