We stayed here for 2 nights, absolutely fantastic hotel, lovely pool and bar area. Yes rooms are slightly dated but are spotless clean, the whole hotel is so clean. We definitely will return, all staff fantastic especially reception staff and the best barman Benjamin! Food also very good at breakfast and great staff here also.

superbe hôtel très bien situé, à quelques pas des sites à visiter. Très grande chambre avec peignoir et claquettes et tout le nécessaire pour passer un confortable séjour. Petit déjeuner gargantuesque, tout était très bon. Une personne parlant français aurait été un petit plus. Avec quelques mots connus en anglais, nous avons pu discuter avec les personnes de accueil.

Camera grande, luminosa e silenziosa, letto comodo e ampio. Bagno spazioso, peccato che le luci fossero di temperatura cromatica diversa e non adeguate. Il sapone nella doccia era vuoto e non abbiamo potuto usare il doccione centrale per il forte sibilo che emetteva. Colazione molto buona e ricca di dolci e salati. Personale simpatico e collaborativo.

Great location, most amazing evening staff, (Benjamin’s made the stay wonderful with his warmth and amazing hospitality). This however is not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are very dated and in need of a major renovation. Room was not cleaned properly. Just changed out the towels and made bed. Left the dishes from evening before in the room and stains from toothpaste in the sink. Breakfast was basic and came with an attitude.

In August, we spent a week in the Alevic Hotel. We didn't want to leave! It was absolutely fantastic and we hope to return one day. Perfect location, friendly staff (especially the barman, Benjamin), delicious and varied breakfast, comfortable bed, spacious room with lake views and wonderful views from the rooftop pool. We would highly recommend a stay here if you're visiting Sirmione.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel location was very convenient. The room had the look of a college dorm, not very cozy. The bathroom was poorly designed. The tub/shower was difficult to move around in without bumping the shower glass and causing it to open, thereby getting water all over the floor. The drain plug got stuck in ours while i was showering, but they did come quickly when we called and pulled it out completely. The water pressure was great, but if you turned the pressure up too high water got everywhere. There were dead bugs in the overhead light fixture. Having the complimentary breakfast on the veranda isn't a good idea. Birds are constantly flying around amd landing on tables and on the buffet trying to get food. When I got up to get coffee, a bird landed on my plate and started eating my eggs. Another bird landed on the serving spoon for the eggs and picked at the eggs on it. If I hadn't told a staff member about it, the spoon would have been used by someone to get eggs with.
However, the staff was very friendly, welcoming, and courteous.
