Us: 2 adults and 2 small kids. Location: Quiet and isolated from city noice/business. Great view of the ocean from the pool area and restaurant. If you want to go to the beach, the nabouring beach is sandy and very nice with great restaurants. Room: Good cleanliness and well equipped rooms. Restaurant: Good service and serves Greek dishes of decent quality. It is open all day, and you can order food and drinks from the pool area. They also allow takeaway to your room for dinner. The breakfast is good with a broad selection of options. We went there by car, which allowed easy access to Syvota City. However, we did appreciate more the authentic atmosphere at Mikros Paradisos, which does not have that tourist vibe as Syvota does. In addition - none of the restaurants in Syvota will come close to the food quality of Mikros Paradisos or the restaurant on the nabouring beach. The place is ideal for couples traveling with or without kids, who appreciate an authentic experience.

Lovey spacious room. Free AC. Fridge. Breakfast had good options. Good service. Available to use Stand-up paddleboard and other water sport equipment for free. Love the opportunity for pool, sea and beach (last one at stone throw away). Happy vacation. I recommend it.

Yet another holiday to this gem of a hotel situated a short walk away from Sivota. The service is exceptional, the situation unbelievably good just a short hop away from Mega Ammos beach and with it's own access to the sea via a set of steps and the food always tasty. The staff without exception are truly helpful, friendly and cheery. The gardens and pool area are lovely and our room, although basic, was always kept clean and fresh.

Who we are: Two adults and two small children. Room: We had an apartment with two rooms. The hotel had ensured (in addition to the existing king size bed) we had a childrens bed as well as prepared the couch for sleeping as well (could also fit the four of us if needed). The room had a kitchen for preparation of food if needed. The room were cleaned on a daily basis by the hotel personel, and it was clear they did it thorough. Small detail - they put the kids teddy bears neatly at their beds every day. Staff: Overall kind and welcoming. All of them speaks english and seems like they are always prepared to provide a good service. Hotel: Beautiful room/apartment buildings distributed around a great looking garden filled with old olive trees. The swimming pool area has a good size and were used quite a lot by us. However, we would have wished the the hotel did not allow guests to reserve sunbeds by just placing their towels on the sunbeds. Nevertheless, the hotel is located very close to the sea and the view is speechless. Restaurant: Breakfast was included in the stay. It was arranged as a buffet with a good selection. Throughout the day, snacks, smoothies, drinks etc. could be ordered from the restaurant. The dinner menu also had a good selection. Overall, the food was of a relatively high quality - better than the resaurants tried in Syvota city - not to mention the much better view and atmosphere than what you will find in the city. Location: Approximately 3km from Syvota. However, with the neighbour beach (Megali Ammos - probably one of the best beaches in the area), the restaurants there (especially Oliva) and the facilities within the hotel area along with the wonderful view of the sea, I do not really see much reason to spend much time in Syvota.

Had a fantastic 1-week family holiday at this superb relaxing family-run hotel. Amazing staff: friendly, incredibly hard-working and always so helpful. Slightly off the beaten track, about 4 minute taxi ride outside Syvota but still walkable into town if you so wish. Lots of space around the pool with plenty of sun loungers (always enough to go around), some facing the pool and others facing out to sea with the shore literally 20 metres away. No beach but purpose-built walkway into the sea which is safe for swimming/snorkelling. Closest beach is a short stroll along from the hotel, perhaps 100-150 metres away. Hire of SUPs and boats available from the hotel for a very reasonable charge - whole day charge of an SUP with life preserver for only 20 Euros. The restaurant has great views over the sea - unbeatable really - and we were lucky enough to see a pod of dolphins passing by one evening as we ate. Lots of lovely seafood on the menu, along with a good range of meat and vegetarian alternatives, together with a three-course daily set menu at 15 Euros. Great wine list (predominantly Greek as you'd expect) together with a wide variety of other drinks, including cocktails. We travelled with one university aged child, one in sixth form and one of primary age and there was plenty to engage them: no "I'm bored" uttered by any of them for the duration. We had one room with a sea-view and one garden-room which overlooked the immaculately kept grounds. The rooms had daily house-keeping and were spotless, and had very efficient air-conditioning. Guests were predominantly a mix of northern European nationalities (Brits in the minority which was a nice change) and made up primarily of couples (it is a romantic spot - particularly in the evenings) and families. I can honestly recommend this hotel without hesitation or reservation - it really lived up to its name of 'Little Paradise'.

Sorry for the long review.. Our first visit to Syvota and this small well looked after hotel. The gardens were beautiful and very well kept. The rooms were clean and serviced well by the efficient cleaning staff but there was not enough storage. As a result the room was very messy /cluttered as there was no bedside cabinet or drawers of any description to put anything away.. Another small point to note that there is no telephone in the rooms so if anything was required it was a walk to reception, if there was an emergency of any kind it would be a problem... Breakfast was included in the price and there was a good selection of continental items, fruit fresh and tinned, plain greek yoghurt, croissant, various preserves, choice of 3 cereal, ham, cheese slices, tomato, cucumber, feta cheese, freshly baked bread, fruit juice.. there was a {warm } selection of fried eggs, omellete, sometimes mushrooms & ham, potatoes which were in tureens but unfortunately the warming element was never turned on and most of the time they items were cold..i am not sure why ? But you could not go hungry as it was a large choice of food.. There were some tables inside, but a nice undercover area overlooking the sea which was very pleasant to eat your breakfast each morning. There was the option to upgrade to HB and daily there was a selection of 3 or 4 courses at a price of 15 Euros which was good value but the portions were quite small. and not to our taste. we did not eat at the hotel on many occassions as the prices for drinks were expensive..Large beer was 5Eu , glass of wine 6Eu, Fresh orange was 6Eu, the cheapest bottle of wine was 19Eu..If the hotel would just reduce their prices a bit they would probably keep the guests in hotel instead they eat over in the next bay as their drinks are so much more competitvely priced..Even bottled water was expensive .. Unless you walked into Syvota 20 mins away you were bound by the hotels high prices sadly. Guests were a mixture of german, norwegian, dutch, and very few british..we found this refreshing..the only downside we found was that the majority of the staff did not understand English which could sometimes be problematic particularly when it involved a dietry issue.. There were plenty of sunbeds and sunshades, and the pool was kept clean.. It was great to be able to swim in the sea from the steps that went down from the patio area. and you were able to rent extra beach towels for a small fee at reception.. We did find that the staff generally were helpful and friendly if not a little biased towards certain nationalities but we enjoyed our 2 weeks stay here..and met some nice people.. Really not sure if i would return .. this review is longer than normal, but in the months leading up to our holiday at Mikros Paradisos we had difficulty finding any information as to what was included in the rooms, such as kettle ,cups, glasses,toiletries,.. which is the reason for the lengthy review!!! We did e mail the hotel, but some

We had a most pleasant and relaxed stay here. Probably the biggest problem was pool v sea, but that one is easily solved. Tha staff were great and the food was excellent. One thing they don’t tell you (I wonder why?) is that a two minute walk away over the hill, there are three great restaurants, all well worth a visit. To be clear, this hotel is a bit isolated, but it was still very pleasant.
