Beautiful boutique hotel built into a rock on the water of the old port of Skiathos. You can ask the manager anything, and he will answer very quickly. My trip was just before the season so the cocktail bar and restaurant next door were closed. From the balcony you have a view of Bourtzi, definitely recommended to visit or have a drink. Housekeeping every day, coffee on the ground floor and free toiletries such as a toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and more. Highly recommended! When you close the windows and doors you really notice how soundproof the room is!

Piccolo hotel completamente ristrutturato, pulito. La camera è spaziosa ed è direttamente sul mare con un balcone ed una vista spettacolare! Non ci sono servizi e l’hotel essendo nel centro storico è raggiungibile a piedi dal porto con accesso mediante una scalinata non agevole con le valigie.
Purtroppo la sera si sente la musica dei locali vicini fino a notte inoltrata.

Arrived before official check in but chap on reception was very helpful and as my room was ready I was able to check in early. Communication with the hotel was excellent.
I was in a room street side and although room had no view and was close to local bars and restaurants, it was clean and the noise didn’t affect my sleep. My only slight criticism was there was a coffee mug and pod in the room but no facilities. It wasn’t till 3rd day when I asked that I found out there are facilities in the basement to make tea and coffee…
I would visit again.

I loved my stay at the Water. Room was comfortable and Yiannis on Reception was really helpful :) the city view was fine but next time I’ll stay in the room with a balcony.

Limited directions on how to get to this hotel - it is not accessible by car, and not on Google Maps. No one to greet me at the front desk and phone calls went unheeded. Loud dance music until 3am. Coffee was offered but none was in the room nor at the coffee station. When asked, the front desk person didn’t know how to operate the machine.

This was a real gem! Would book again in a heartbeat. Location, location, location! So calm and relaxing sitting on the terrace as the tide gently rolls up. Who needs a noise machine. Staff wonderful and welcoming. Excited that you are there to share their wonderful island. Perfect.
