We always stay at this hotel when we are in the area. We were greeted my a very friendly lady at checkin. The hotel and room were very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and everything was well stocked and hot. At checkout the lady was very friendly. We will stay here again when in the area. This is how all hotels should be.

They are remodeling and materials are all over. They put us in old room with beat up furniture, shower door not working well, room key issues and heater not working. We typically have good experiences at Hilton but wondered why this place is open during reno. I do not want to see reno. Free breakfast looked above par, but we left early and it was not all out.

NICE PEOPLE AND GOOD LOCATION. STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND THE BREAKFAST WAS REALLY GOOD. HOUSE KEEPING AND KITCHEN STAFF WERE VERY NICE TO DEAL WOTH AND THE LAUNDRY WAS NICE AND CLEAN. OLDER PROPERTY BUT WILL DEFINATELY STAY THERE NEXT TRIP.

For years this has been our go to hotel. This time our stay didn’t live up to the expectations. First one of our rooms was changed to a different floor after we had both our rooms setup to be on the same floor. Then came mold and an occasional foul sewage type smell in the bathroom. Trying to overlook the small issues we remained positive about our stay. The couple of days we were there a group of people seemed to be hanging out drinking and smoking in the parking lot. The parking lot wasn’t full so we went about our stay until last night around 11 pm when the group decided it was ok to lean on our vehicle while they were hanging out. We went down to the front desk to discuss the situation and ask if they were guests of the hotel. The attendant seemed to be short and dismissive and said she would have housekeeping go out and talk to them. We went back to our room and watched as the front desk attendant walked outside and spoke with this group of people who then still proceeded to hang out in the parking lot. This morning we checked out of the hotel a day early after speaking to a different attendant at the front desk. He didn’t seem surprised when I expressed my displeasure and reason for checking out a day early. It’s almost like this is a normal occurrence at Homewood Suites these days as nobody seemed to be alarmed in any way. Not only did we have to be inconvenienced by keeping an eye on our vehicle last night but we also had to disrupt family vacation to relocate to a nearby Holiday Inn.

Room was clean, but needed updating. The pool was nasty! Cloudy, stuff floating on top, and the light from inside the pool had fallen out and was sitting on the side of the pool with a power cord hanging out of it. Breakfast was good and the workers were friendly.

This place is the best. And Ms Jody and mackayla need to work all shifts, considering the lady at night and morning wasn’t too friendly. Breakfast was good and kitchen staff was great. I was disappointed in other staff, but the others pulled it though. Great place for value. Definitely be back soon.

My stay here was outstanding. The initial room I was given wasn’t quite a good fit, but when I went to see about possibly having other accommodations, the customer service from the front desk was impeccable. Not only did Ms Jody go above and beyond to pacify my wishes, she also took the time to call me after a room change to make sure I was ok. Later, taking ample time to discuss restaurants to fit my needs at the time. Breakfast was fantastic along with the kitchen staff. And although I hated to leave, Ms Karen was friendly and nice as I checked out. Every Hilton I stay at needs the crew the Homewood Suites has with them. They never made me think I was asking too much. Great place!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were pleasantly surprised and happy with all aspects of our stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and spacy. All employees were very friendly. The breakfast was one of the best for a hotel like this.

This hotel was perfect for my family. The rooms were nice and clean. The bedding was extra comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Jodi. She's the best, very happy and attentive. We will definitely be back.
