Wingate by Wyndham Slidell/New Orleans East Area

Rooms are okay, but not great. The breakfast buffet is almsot none existing during my last 3 stays here, whilst before it was okay. Staff come across as victims of their management and know about the issues but claim it is on purpose so poor.

This hotel is horrible I was locked out of my room at 3am in morning until 4am because no one was at front desk

Nice people and clean. Check in is a little slow. Other than that it was a great experience and had great parking if you have an oversized vehicle. I would definitely stay again. Follow up was completed by the hotel management. The location was easy to find.

The beds and pillows are great. I never bring my own pillow staying here. Good enough breakfast for a hotel. The pool is not heated. It should be. My request of rooms near each other was met. People are friendly and helpful. It's where we always stay when on the area. Always clean

If you are looking for the best option that has a very good balance between price and convenience, this is the place

We had an Amazing stay… The front desk crew was Awesome …We enjoyed everything from the indoor pool, the rooms where very comfortable and clean smells fresh. I loved how I can see my truck from the parking lot and I can see my mother relaxing on the outside bench enjoying the night air. Whitney took care of us from the beginning she made sure everything for my daughters birthday celebration was wonderful Reggie helped us out alot anything we needed from the pool towels. Overall we enjoyed our stay for breakfast Whitney and her coworker was very pleasant and helpful when it came to the breakfast bar and making you feel at home. We will Definitely come again. Whitney and the Front Dest crew are Awesome.

Don’t stay here. The place is dirty. Rips in bedding and smells like roach spray. More like a truck stop than a family hotel. Management ignored our concerns and charged us for the full stay even though we left and found a MUCH better hotel,

This hotel was quiet at night and very clean. Two big pluses for us. Close to good restaurants. Good breakfast. Fresh items. Good coffee too.

The hotel was nice and clean decent breakfast spacious rooms staff was great. Will certainly try to stay there next time we pass through I did wish for two more towels to per person sometimes nice to have. And that would be about my only suggestion to the staff.
