Portum 1905 Boutique-Hotel

Прекрасный отель! Стильный, атмосферный. Номеров не много, и людей соответственно тоже, тихо спокойно. Очень чисто в номерах, каждый день уборка на совесть. Расположение  идеальное, пляж Ривьера  практически рядом с отелем. Завтраки отличные, разнообразные, все свежее и вкусное.

We had a wonderful time in Portum. The hotel is atmospheric and tastefully decorated. Pleasant smell in the hotel premises. Nice gifts for guests (apples and candies in vases in the hotel lobby), fresh flowers on tables in the restaurant and lobby. The rooms are designed in a general style, good cosmetics in the bathroom. I was pleased with the opportunity to check into my room early and the compliment from the hotel - chocolate and a bottle of sparkling wine. Breakfast is decent (buffet). The hotel restaurant is a different story: the best pizza in Sochi, excellent desserts, varied wine list. Thanks to the hotel owners and wonderful staff for our vacation!

Pros: close to the sea, beautiful interior. The rest are cons. Very noisy, there are three (!) construction sites nearby, they work without breaks and weekends. Heard everywhere!! You won't be able to get enough sleep at all. But what’s most interesting is that the staff blatantly lies that the hotel is quiet! Moreover, I called and asked in advance. In rooms 12 and 13, the hood from the kitchen also works, there is a constant hum and vibration. Of course, this is not reported either. They talk some nonsense about the direction of the wind). And the breakfasts are so-so - something that should be hot, something cold and a small selection of dishes. What is finished is no longer brought. Overall, I won't be back for sure.

On March 8, a wonderful breakfast with caviar, mussels and cake for dessert, also a tulip as a gift))) the only negative: there was construction from the window, so the windows were immediately closed with curtains

Amazing hotel!! Gorgeously styled! The rooms are very cozy, the interior is thought out to every detail, it is clear that the soul of the hotel owners is invested!! The cuisine of the hotel restaurant is amazing!! 2 min walk from the mountains beach. Customer service is top notch! Fully corresponds to 5* at least!, and not assigned 4*!!! We didn’t find a single minus!! Definitely recommend!! Worth every penny paid!! Upon arrival, a compliment from the hotel - champagne with chocolate)) is a small thing, but it’s rare that a hotel does this in rooms of any category. In one word amazing!!!

An excellent hotel with high standards of service, attentive staff and a cozy environment. The hotel is conveniently located, near the Riviera park, the embankment and the beach. The hotel has an excellent restaurant focused on Italian cuisine.

Great location. A cozy hotel with a wonderfully decorated interior. It feels like it was decorated by a person with taste. Everything in the room worked properly, the only negative was the size of the room. But perhaps other rooms are larger.

I have only the most terrible memories of this place, I will not return and I do not recommend it to others, for double occupancy in a room, the administrator in the morning very rudely scolded me and forced me to pay an additional 1500 per person for double occupancy in a room, at night the administrator did not even bother to get up from the sofa to register me as an additional person in the room, and in the morning she scolded and demanded money, although this was not stated anywhere in the accommodation rules, the locks work neatly and they want money for the fact that they cannot do their job and are sleeping!
