The accommodation is nice. The hotel is clean, the decoration is nice and stylish, but it is not nice that the parking lot is paid. I have no idea about their food. In general, our experience was positive. Thank you.

It was the worst hotel experience in my history of traveling, first they could not find my booking, then my assistant paid another room, then they still charged my card for the booking they could not find, after fighting them they say the money will be returned but if I said nothing they would not refund, the breakfast was terrible cold and with hair and scrambled eggs with eggshells in it, if this is a for star hotel, then I'll try book 8 star next time. I reported the complete incident to my friends in the government and we consider to recommend our organizations to stop using hotels. Com as well.
