staff need to learn how to deal with customers
check in was very difficult and complicated. there was no reception on the place and it was nowhere stated that you should contact the accommodation in advance. no one answered the specified phone number. when we finally got hold of someone on the phone, the woman who answered was very unpleasant and unprofessional. otherwise approved accommodation for the price you pay if you do not care about smal faults

Overall it was good
Overall, the studio was alright. They didn’t have a hairdryer but that just a personal preference because I didn’t bring any with me.

Excellent customer relations
As it happens our apartment was being used by Ukrainian refugees and we were relocated to a sister Hotel. This was a brilliant upgrade, 4* apart-hotel with jacuzzi bath, huge reclining bed, free breakfast and airport transfer. Super friendly staff. Cannot fault the way they handled this. Will definitely consider using them again.

Confusing check-in process
There is no reception and customers should call a phone number for somebody to come and let you in. This is not sufficiently well described though, and the check-in process is very confusing.
When you arrive at the property, there is a sign for ATM Aparts, which only makes it more confusing as it makes you think you should enter the entrance under the sign, which is not the case.
I recommend that the owners update the sign and the description in the website to give better instructions to the guests.
