Very good location.
The service corresponds to the status of the hotel, but still reminds a little of the Soviet Union, who remembers.
There is a large park near the hotel - a great place to relax.
Breakfast - a buffet of Bulgarian cuisine.

PLUMBING ISSUES & SLOW SERVICE. The building looks lovely, newly renovated and in a great location. It is walking distance to most attractions. The staff were friendly, however I did have to ask multiple times for things before they were done (e.g., asking for an iron to be sent to the room, filling up empty toiletries). The toilet water turned brown 30 minutes after flushing which indicates a plumbing issue and is unsanitary. The rest of the room was clean. And they granted our request of having our 2 rooms next to each other. Overall a 3.5-4 star hotel due to the toilet and slow service.

Location is top of the consideration. Centre located that you can walk to most popular attraction. Metro or tram is very close within steps. Hotel is partly renovated. I believe it will be amazing when finished. Breakfast is not included. 15 Lev per person with small buffet that you can choose most popular items, ie, eggs, ham, sausages, breads or cereals. But they are not very hot on the warmers. However, I would still recommend people to go there for sleep and shower. Room was big enough and balcony overlook the city. Price is very good compare to same standard 3 stars hotel. Staff speaks reasonable English that is convenient. Good luck!

Good location, very friendly staff and service. Best option to check-in online, you receive a code to the external and internal doors. Room was quite big, nice bathroom and very reasonable price.

The location is ideal, less than four minutes from the Serdika metro station in the heart of Sofia. Serdika Station is a transit station, so it's easy to get anywhere, and the metro makes it easy to get to the train station or express bus terminal. It's convenient for traveling to popular tourist destinations in Bulgaria. The hotel's central location makes it a great base for exploring Sofia. The main tourist attractions in Sofia are concentrated in the city center, making it very convenient. While the building is older, it's not as quiet as newer buildings, and the atmosphere is still pleasant, with a touch of old-world charm.

The hotel is renovated, the appearance and interior of the room are quite new. Arrived within 5 minutes walk from the subway, very close to the old city attractions, very convenient.

While located near Serdika metro station, the area is generally quieter. Our room was located on the second level, and there’s no lift access to our room. But the receptionist offered to help us with our luggage. Hotel is clean, and our room had a huge sofa and TV.

Go for a premium dormitory where it isn’t not smelly and comes with Curtain to block the lights. Does not turn on the heat in late October but is ok once sleeps in
Shared toilet and shower if the entire floor. Still clean and not smelly.
