The view is good and the location is in front of the beach. It was nice to have food such as fruit and cereal in the refrigerator. The facilities are also clean. However, there is a shortage of parking spaces, the inconvenience of having to use mechanical parking within the facility, and, above all, poor soundproofing.

First, I received a text message with my room number key before check-in, but the number was wrong so I couldn't enter the room. After struggling at the door with my parents, I was able to get a phone call to the lobby and receive a new password. The facilities were clean and nice, but I booked a room for 4 people, but there was only one bed, so one of the two bedding sets I requested a few days in advance was missing. Thanks to this, there was a lot of inconvenience as two people had to share the same bedding. I am very disappointed that no action was taken despite my request in advance. The lobby is closed after 10 o'clock. I couldn't get any help after 10pm. Since it was a family trip, I wanted to treat them perfectly, but I was disappointed. The ocean view is really nice. The accommodation itself is clean and modern.

The accommodation facilities are good, but the parking facilities are poor compared to the number of households. There is not enough space, so you have to park in alleys or vacant lots, and the vacant lots are too dry. Because it is dirt, it is inconvenient to carry items or get on and off the vehicle on rainy days. Also, there are two elevators and they move in odd and even directions, so the number of people moving is limited. It's not enough and you have to wait a long time after checking out to use it. It's very uncomfortable.
