Great hotel, great hospitality, the staff was excellent. From room service to the hotel md, everyone was very friendly. A very safe place for a family stay on your kasauli visits.

Booked two deluxe rooms. The rooms were clean, spacious and well maintained. The view from the balcony was awesome. Management and staff were very welcoming. There was ample parking space. The property was large and had two playing areas for kids and there were indoor activities as well. Food was also tasty. Overall a nice experience.

The view from the room was fantastic, and the rooms were clean. The resort is so beautiful that you could easily spend a day just enjoying everything it has to offer. The food was excellent, and we had a delicious breakfast in the morning.

Property location is good, a little out of main market area but this gives it a edge on view. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Nice view from balcony of almost all the rooms. Hotel staff is friendly.

Our stay was initially good, but a fire started in the forest adjacent to the hotel, causing our room to fill with smoke, making it difficult to breathe. Unfortunately, the hotel did not offer an apology or any compensation for the inconvenience. We had to check out early in the morning and couldn't complete our stay. Addressing these issues would greatly improve guest experience in the future.

Liked liveness with music in evening and supportive staff. Property manager was very helpful. Need to put ac in rooms.

Room cleaning was not good as well as there is no ac in the room. So, i couldn't sleep. Food quality was average.

The hotel is at a very good location, mall road, church, sunrise sunset, monkey point are all within 1.5-2 km from this hotel. The service of the hotel was not very good.
