Average all inclusive. Entertainment was a big highlight. Very little recognition for platinum ******* member $20 credit that's it. No hotel transportation to downtown playa and the taxi services are outrageously priced

The property was well kept and extremely clean! The food was standard. The entertainment team was amazing and made the entire trip enjoyable. Kendall, part of the "Blue Team" was super friendly, out going, and fun! The beach was cleaned daily and the sand was soft and clean with easy access to the ocean. We would definitely return!!

We stayed at this resort in January. The staff were very friendly, the grounds were very clean and the food was quite good. The beach was well kept and clean and never had an issue finding chairs. We also had drink service there. We switched to the pool area after lunch, again, found some chairs next to each other. The entertainment staff were fun and friendly. Our favorite restaurant was the French. Plenty of options at the breakfast buffet. We ate at the a la carte by the pool for lunch everyday - so good. I really enjoyed the lay out of the resort. We were with a few other couples and never felt we were far apart. One of them booked privileged, and I honestly loved our regular room better!

The stay has been great! Alberto and his team have done an incredible job with keeping high energy and making all of the activities super fun. The restaurants are amazing, the bars are great and overall the staff is super friendly and inviting.

Nice hotel. Lovely room and good facilities. I arrived with my family, and the check was efficient and informative. We were taken to our room on a buggy. The room was very spacious and clean with all the facilities we could want, a good selection of drinks in the mini bar and lots of water which was replenished daily. Rituals toiletries, which were a nice touch. All the staff at this hotel are amazing, very friendly and helpful. The food in the buffet restaurant was especially the breakfast. There are 3 other restaurants to choose from Japanese, Italian, Mexican, but bookings are advisable. Also, the a'la carte restaurant, the Blue Moon. Sports bar also serves up delicious burgers, wings, and ribs. Two great beach front pools, one of which is a quieter pool and the other for games and entertainment with a swim up bar. Special mention to Adela and Aberto for keeping everyone entertained and happy. But as I said before, all the staff from waiting staff and housekeeping were Fabulous.

I cant rave enough about this resort!! The location is perfect .. the resort itself was so clean and beautiful i really enjoyed the way everything was set up. !! The staff was beyond amazing !! Everyone of them made sure you had everything you needed and more !!
The entertainment team specially jules. adela and kendall were the best ever ! You were never bored there was always something to do !!
The food was great specially the buffet and the mexican rest el charro !
I enjoyed everything about this resort and will def be back again

Wonderful staff, great service, so much fun. We had great service, clean rooms. Entertainment was excellent. The price was very fair for the service we received. The buffet offers choices for breakfast and lunch. All in all it is a very nice resort and there is nothing at all to find not entertaining. I would definitely stay here again.

Das Ocean Maya Royale ist ein wahrhaft traumhaftes Resort, das alle Erwartungen übertrifft. Wir waren begeistert von der warmen und einladenden Atmosphäre, die das gesamte Personal geschaffen hat, besonders von Victor und Alberto aus dem Animationsteam, die unsere Tage mit ihrer Energie und Begeisterung bereichert haben. Die Anlage selbst ist spektakulär mit 5 erstklassigen Restaurants, die für jeden Geschmack etwas bieten, und einem umfangreichen Unterhaltungsprogramm, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir haben die abwechslungsreichen Shows und Aktivitäten genossen, die jeden Abend geboten wurden. Die 2 Pools waren perfekt für eine Erfrischung und Entspannung, und die 4 Bars sorgten stets für erfrischende Getränke in entspannter Atmosphäre. Unser Zimmer war komfortabel und wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt, sodass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlten. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das azurblaue Meer war einfach atemberaubend. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt im Ocean Maya Royale eine unvergessliche Erfahrung, die wir jedem empfehlen würden, der nach Playa del Carmen reist. Wir freuen uns schon darauf, bald wieder zurückzukehren und die Gastfreundschaft und Schönheit dieses Resorts erneut zu genießen.
