Bathrooms **** water in all the bathrooms two hours of waiting for check in at check out they charged me for a child that was included in the reservation wet beds horrible food old facility the worst hotel not recommended to anyone

Es nuestra cuarta vez en el complejo de BARCELO Riviera maya, nuestra habitación super excelente y la amabilidad de todo el personal DOMINGA de servicio a la habitación, las chicas de barcy"s club NAOMI, DAISI y SAMANTHA del servicio de albercas y el bar ROSA estuvo excelente y muy al pendiente de nosotros. En general todo estuvo muy bien, las únicas observaciones que tengo es la cascada del área de niños del COLONIAL ya no está en funcionamiento, pregunte y no me supieron explicar un lugar muy bonito para nuestras fotos, y también la zona del jacuzzy no funcionaban todas las salidas de aire y pues en algunos lugares había burbujas y en otros no y también la gente aparta los camastros para el sol y no los usa puesto que está prohibido apartar camastros, de ahí en fuera todo muy bien. La comida como siempre estuvo muy rica en cualquier restaurante que fuimos, todos nos atendieron con una gran sonrisa. Todo el esquipo de barcelo club muy amables y atentos no me alcanzan las palabras para agradecer sus atenciones.

El hotel es muy lindo. Cumple con todo para pasar una hermosa estadía. El personal de las barrras es super atento. Las piscinas son fabulosas y las habitaciones están muy acordes para un hotel de esta categoría. La comida excelente.

La pasamos increíble disfrutamos mucho las piscinas, nuestra habitación siempre estuvo limpia, pedimos Room service y nos gustó mucho que Jannet Canche nos atendiera, el servicio llegó tal como lo ordenamos todo muy rico. Como recomendación solo nos dejaron 2 toallas para 4 personas.

Excelente entretención ,ambiente, música, en específico keren soriano de parte de la entretención. Excelente comida por otro lado excelente atención y buena disposicíon como la buena vista del hotel en general. Mi padre disfruto mucho del bar y si osi volveriamos a venir.

Nous y sommes allés du 01 au 15 sept 2024 et la 1ère chambre qu'ils nous ont attribué était tellement désuet que j'avais l'impression d'être à Cuba. Le coffre-fort ne fonctionnait pas, les portes de la salle de bain ne fermait pas, il y avait de la rouille dans le bain et la porte patio n'ouvrait pas. Il y avait même de la rouille sur les abat-jour des lampes. Nous avons dormi là la 1ère nuit et le 02 sept au matin avons demandé à la superviseur au lobby de nous changé de chambre et elle nous a carrément dit non. On était vraiment découragé de passer 2 semaines dans cette chambre là mais on avait pas le choix. Cette superviseur a tellement été arrogante et bête qu'on a décidé de ne plus jamais retourner au Barcelo. Finalement le staff du soir nous ont changé de chambre et là on était content. Les chambres du Maya Palace ont vraiment besoin d'être rénover au grand complet. Le buffet a baissé de catégorie. Ça fait 13 fois qu'on va à cet hôtel et tout a baissé de catégorie. Ce n'est plus un 4 1/2 étoiles mais bien un 4 étoiles. Nous ne vous le recommandons pas du tout. Mettez votre argent ailleurs! Je vous met des photos des lampes de la 1ère chambre. Pas très appétissant!

The service here has been spectacular, the waiters concierge, especially the bartenders at the bar are very kind, respectful, totally attentive to our needs, and the staff has been going above and beyond.
