We stayed in the beautiful, very well-appointed , quiet and cosy garden apartment for a few enchanted days and were blown away by the generous hospitality of hosts Ian, Candi and Mabel. Our apartment was set in a lush and secluded garden and there are stunning sea views from the breakfast room as well as from the upstairs apartments. We went for the breakfast option and were welcomed each morning with warm smiles and a delicious full breakfast. We can wholeheartedly recommend Roosboom Apartments and will definitely be back.

WOW! I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful my stay was at Roosboom. Ian, Mabel and Candy are genuinely the most incredibly warm and generous hosts and just all-round wonderful people. It was such a treat every morning to have a quick chat with them while eating the delicious breakfast they had prepared. The detail and cleanliness in the rooms is excellent and they have really gone the extra mile to ensure their guests feels at home. I would come back in a heartbeat.

+ lan had great communication and contacted me before I landed. I was greeted on arrival and shown to the room and nothing was too much trouble or felt like an inconvenience. The facilities and the room were exceptional. Even after my stay lan kept in touch to help with information regarding the trip (car rental) to ensure I had the best time in SA.

From arrival to departure, this felt like a stay with friends in their luxury home; and yet we were left to enjoy our accommodation and privacy with only occasional interruptions for minor maintenance or a quick, friendly conversation. Just the perfect, caring hosts. The apartments were immaculately clean and serviced so discreetly. Roosboom is perfectly situated for access to the winelands, beaches and Cape Town's tourist hotspots. We couldn't have asked for more. Superb!

Wir sind von Mabel und Ian toll empfangen worden und sie waren immer für uns da. Es mangelte an nichts, die Lage war war mit dem Auto perfekt und es ist ein sehr schönes Anwesen. Roosboom Luxury Guest Apartments ist zukünftig unsere erste Wahl in Kapstadt und Umgebung! Vielen Dank für die sehr schöne Zeit!

The apartment was spacious, well furnished and comfortable plus the location was excellent. Ian and Mabel the hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful. Added to which there was secure parking. My wife and myself will certainly stay there again on our next visit to Somerset West
