Wonderful staff and excellent service in all departments. Lovely pool area and very good food served in delightful outside setting. A large welcoming reception with charming staff. A very tranquil and peaceful place to stay in beautiful Menorca.

Una bella struttura a Sud di Minorca. La spiaggia di Cala En Bosch è a pochi passi. Il personale è molto garbato e soprattutto efficiente nelle lingue. Prima colazione abbondante, la cena è un tantino ripetitiva. L'acqua durante i pasti dovrebbe essere compresa nel prezzo. La Spa è pulita ed abbastanza rilassante. Ci tornerei

Fabulous hotel. Food is excellent and staff very friendly especially restaurant staff!!! Had a wonderful time would thoroughly recommend. We had a garden room straight out to the pool area. Free shuttle to cituadella daily. Beautiful place to visit.

just arrived back from a week at the La Quinta - the hotel is in a great location, 10 minute walk to the marina where there is lots of bars and restaurants, for this reason we were only bed & breakfast so can't comment on restaurant, breakfast was nice, the usual sort of thing - some staff were a bit abrupt and not as friendly as others, pool area was fab, plenty of beds and clean - we had a garden suite room which i would recommend, i had a facial in the spa which was ok, husband had a full body massage which he didnt really rate - overall i would recommend this hotel as it is very clean, good location and very quiet around the pool if you just want to lie in the sun x

We arrived on the 26th June. First nights evening meal was really dissapointing,restraunts opened at 7pm, Ordered sea bass,at 8pm to be told sea bass had finished. Was served sea bream in what looked like two McDonald’s chicken nuggets instead,tasteless. Thursday nights gala dinner was also dissapointing. Friday evenings meal again poor. We complained to the deputy head waiter,she asked us not to complain to reception or the hotel manager as the kitchen staff were her friends. We duly took our complaint to the reception,the girls on reception were excellent, they informed us there had been lots of complaints over the food. The next night our fourth, the food was suddenly much better,we were informed there had been a meeting of all the kitchen and waiting staff. The hotel is rated as a five star,the improvement in food took it to four star From a poor three. Food remained for the rest of our stay at an improvement,but not five star. Such a shame,the hotel is in a great location, the bedroom was excellent,one of the best beds we have ever had,spotlessly clean,good sized balcony. Pool area is superb,comfortable loungers. Hotel acknowledges they have a labour problem,with high turnover of staff. Head waiter left while we were there. Deputy head waiter seems to be a big problem,four Austrian girls were working there on work experience,really friendly and efficient,yet she was always picking on them. Wonderful hotel,but does not warrant five star rating due to its food. ,

Hotel in dire need of refurbishment and the breakfast experience is shocking. However, after a long meeting with the manager who explained the many and varied reasons why the restaurant is so poor this year she has my full sympathies.She also explained that the bedroom refurbishments have begun and will be completed over the winter. The pool is fabulous but again in need of a little TLC around the edges. La Quinta is a grand old lady and as such deserves better than she is experiencing at the moment. At present I would class her as high three star but I have every reason to believe that she will be back to five star for next season. Despite all the current failings we have fallen in love with this hotel and will definitely return. It is a hotel that gives you a huge hug every day and having traveled the world I can’t say that about anywhere else.

Bellissimo hotel tranquillo con un’attenzione al cliente veramente unica. Abbiamo passato una settimana in totale relax, tutti i servizi sono ottimi , dalla colazione alla stanza ampia e pulitissima. Molto Soddisfatti anche del servizio Spa, Le ragazze competenti e preparatissime, consiglio i massaggi rilassanti e la zona relax.

We have stayed at La Quinta many times over the years. It is still a lovely hotel with a fantastic pool, traditionally decorated rooms and a great location. Unfortunately, due to new staff, the restaurant service was not as good as previous years. However, this is being positively addressed by management and, following a new restaurant manager (Gianluca) starting on 1st July, it was evident that the service was improving. The staff are lovely despite being new and all reported issues were addressed immediately by reception and maintenance, including the shower pressure being increased in our room. Thank you Eva for arranging for melon to be offered around the pool and for being so helpful and informative. It was much appreciated. As sunbeds are being reserved by guests from early morning, may I suggest that the hotel rules are highlighted at check in. This used to happen but the rules are now in small print on the reverse of paperwork given at check in and are probably not read by the majority of guests. Also, please include a selection of vegetables on the dinner buffet. These were missed. Finally, we would like to say a big thank you to Emanuel and Christina in the restaurant who always had a smile for us. We hope to return.
