We enjoyed our 5 day stay at Cloverdale Wine Country Inn & Suite. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The owner/manager was very nice in helping me change my reservation when plans changed. The maid was very sweet and did an excellent job. It is conveniently located and we had a nice view out our front window. Our room was very up to date, cheery and bright, we had lots of places to plug all of our electronics, nice big TV with many channels. We felt safe there. We will definitely stay there again and I wouldn't hesitate referring it to family and friends.

We stayed in two different rooms, the Milky Way and the Monte Rio. Without a doubt, the Monte Rio was the absolute winner!!!!! It was bigger than my own apartment, had FAR MORE privacy and less noice than the Milky Way and was just truly truly perfect. I would come back to Jenner just to spend time in the Monte Rio again. The Milky Way was a nice room but there are NO CURTAINS in the bathroom. Literally, someone goes onto the balcony, they can see you on the bathroom. Same with kayakers and possibly one of the rooms above you. The staff were all super sweet, the area gorgeous and overall just a great place to unwind.

Great location- right off the freeway. Right near Costco and other shops. We did not have breakfast or use the pool, but it was nice to have these included if we wanted. Quiet, room was nice and clean; as pictured in the photos. Shower was a step in, which we liked. Water pressure was ok, but lots of hot water.
We were charged $10 for parking, which was fine, but the lot fills up very quickly and doesn’t appear that anyone is monitoring the lot.
Staff were decently friendly; they didn’t really say hi to you when you walk in, but we’re helpful if you needed something.
Overall, we would stay again.

I loved this hotel. The staff were always around cleaning something and they seemed genuinely pleasant. And while the whole place could use a fresh coat of paint, everything was clean and smelled clean. We were there for a wedding event and most of the party stayed at the Sheraton Hotel. We chose Quality Inn because I just couldn't stomach the idea of paying so much money that the Sheraton wanted. But because most of the party was there, we spent most of our time at the Sheraton. Here are some differences: S=$$$ Q=$$. S=Not clean (the cushions in the dining room and carpets were HORRIBLE Q=Very clean, S=Staff was okay but no smiles Q=Accommodating (one member even saw that I was having a hard time making a bow for my gift and she offered to do it for me-had the wire and everything as she used to work in a florist shop) and they were all smiling. S=No breakfast-not even free coffee on the tables and/or lobby Q=FREE (wonderful) continental breakfast.

It has pool, sauna and fitness room, outside firepit is very nice to sit around with cup of coffee or glass of wine. We enjoyed our family 3 day weekend state cation just get out the house.

KKa yingI came for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Very clean room and there are free coffee and tea whole day at the lobby. Also there is gym room and laundry room as well. I love the pool there even though it was quite cold these past two days. I love the breakfast as well. Lastly, it was closed to Petaluma outlet and it was nice this morning to go shopping.

JJulian MeiI stayed at the Lodge over the weekend to attend my Niece’s wedding as many of the other wedding party did and had a wonderful time. The grounds , with the lovely pool, functional gym and the restaurant with the delicious breakfast all made this stay exceptional. The wine tastings in the afternoon were a nice touch and the pre wedding reception at the restaurant was very well arranged. I stayed in a King Cottage suite and it was nicely appointed with a useful fireplace for the chilly evenings and only wished the windows were a bit larger to enjoy the view and to have more natural light in the room but did enjoy the view from my outside terrace. House keeping was a bit more erratic as twice I came back to an unmade room and had to notify the front desk that quickly resolved the issue. Overall a great stay and looking forward to staying there again soon.

GGuest UserThe trip started out poorly because Trip.com's payment was invalid. We had to text your staff for close to an hour before we could check into our room, so were late meeting our family members for lunch. The women at the front desk were terrific and were doing everything they could - they weren't able to give us a key until the payment was straightened out. So we weren't very happy with Trio.com's service. How could something like this happen, where your payment wasn't valid? I would like a discount on my next trip due to that problem.
Once we were in, the service was excellent. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were open until 10pm and were warm and clean. We loved soaking and swimming each evening after visiting with family.
The only curve ball was that the firepit wasn't operable. A man said it was due to the weather, but it had been clear and dry so that didn't make sense. Therefore, we had to drink our Christmas Eve Prosecco (which we bought at the hotel snack bar!) in the room, since it was too cold to sit outside without a firepit. Outside of that, it was a terrific visit and we would stay again.
We do hope that Trip.com makes good on the billing issue so we will use your site again.

YYANThe hotel location is very good, it is very convenient to go to the Sonoma winery, there is a parking lot of $ 10, the swimming pool and the heated pool are great, the temperature of the outdoor pool in December is not cold at all

GGuest UserWe were looking for a budget hotel to stay in to complete some remaining work when we couldn't keep staying at the place our work had for us. We wanted a place with a fridge and microwave. Well, we got this place which was the only one that explicitly said that had both. We pay for it in advance at a ”good deal” just to find out why when we opened the door of our room. The room smelled really bad, like the curtains and the carpet have never been clean. While the linen, towels, and areas seemed clean, the feeling was different and I had to walk to a 24 hrs convenience store close by (it was late) to get glade and a perfumed candle to be able to handle the smell. Apparently, people either smoke inside rooms or come with wet dogs that rub themselves on the carpet. Then we found we cannot turn on the bathroom light because the air extractor makes a horrible loud noise if turned on. Then the microwave didn't turn and was also making some weird electrical noises. The coffee maker seemed clean but in the water container are seemed weird, so I needed to clean it. Some of the receptacles do not work either. At least the A/C worked perfectly fine and with the fan running continuously we couldn't feel the smell so badly. We asked a woman from housekeeping that was at the front building for some sugar and more coffee, she said she cannot help because she's assigned to another building and asked us to look for the one at our building, which cannot be seen around at all. Later we saw housekeeping from our building and mentioned to her the issues we were having but she said she couldn't do anything because our room was not on her list neither it was her job. We went to the front desk and they wanted to send someone to check. I refused because we were going out and all our belongings were there and there is no place to hide or lock belongings. We come to the Sonoma Coast frequently and we were exploring some other staying options, this one is not one of them. As my husband said, ”this place is the dream job of any remodeling makeover TV show”!!

Room and linens/towels were immaculately clean. Love that the room had NO carpet - laminate floors in the whole room. Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in room. Had no issues with anything - everything worked and was in good order. As others in previous reviews have said, sound travels into the room very easily from the hallway - but it didn't bother us as we weren't in the room much and are heavy sleepers. Our room door had seen better days and could stand to be replaced, but nothing about it affected my opinion of the room/property. Front desk staff for afternoon check-in was polite and accommodating. Morning check-out staff was friendly and personable. As with other Choice hotels, there is a free hot breakfast. Here is where the hotel could improve - the selection/choices were very slim (one pan of eggs, one pan of sausage links, a waffle machine, one carafe each of leaded and decaf coffee, a paltry selection of bread/baked items, 2 sugary cereal options, one type of milk only, and sugar/sweeter/creamer packets). This was the first Choice hotel I've stayed in that didn't at least have fruit, yogurt, hot cereal, or liquid creamer of some kind. There also wasn't anyone attending the dining area to ensure guests had what they needed and items did not run out. The location was just fine for us; easy on/off the 101 freeway. If you are a Choice Gold or above member, there are designated spaces for you. Parking was fine and plenty of space in the lot. Overall, great stay and would consider staying again if we travel to Santa Rosa in the future.

GGuest UserHad to book very last minute due to a client in the area who was ready to sign for a house. Everyone seemed to be sold out but them. I was really hesitant to stay due to the reviews. This place is a prime example of a place with ok reviews but a very great stay! Got in very late due to my flight being delayed but was greeted by the front desk staff and made the check in process seem so effortless! Got to the room yes the room definitely needs some updates but it was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. I had a problem with my tv and called the front desk and someone came up within 5 to 10 mins to fix the issue. Very impressed with my stay and definitely recommending this hotel to my clients.

GGuest UserThe price is best for a hotel stay with a kitchen and full size fridge. The staff has changed and they have made large efforts to be more particular about those they allow to stay on the premises. Quiet nights. Everything in the room works and upon arrival and it is clean. Clean towels and toiletries available everyday. Free wifi and it works well. The shopping is near, just over the freeway. I save on time and gas traveling to the stores. Plenty of places near to order in if you choose. The water is clean. It never smells like smoke in the rooms. Smokers have to smoke away from the building. They are pet friendly. My car is safe, there are cameras in the parking lot and the office.
