We hosted family at the El Dorado Hotel for our daughter's wedding in a Sonoma winery and everything about our stay was heavenly! The rooms were fantastic! The service, especially the front desk staff, was exceptional! And the food was terrific! Thank you, El Dorado, for making our wedding weekend so relaxing.

THe hotel is in a great location and the rooms and decor are fantastic. Added bonus is the restaurant and the food is very good. would definitely stay here again.

The perfect location to take in all of Sonoma! You can walk to everything. The hotel was the perfect mix of old charm with modern renovations. The staff was extremely friendly. We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and were delivered a bottle of sparkling wine. They also had a welcome note and cookies from a local bakery in the room. My only complaint is that the roadway is a little loud and it can be noisy. Other than that we loved everything and I’d stay here again!

We love staying at the El Dorado in Sonoma. The new updated rooms are beautiful, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the staff is fantastic! The location on the Sonoma Square is the best!

My family stayed at El Dorado several years ago, before its renovation. It was terrific then, and that's even more true now. We reserved a block of rooms for my daughter's wedding weekend, and everything was overseen impeccably by Ryo Morimoto, the hotel manager. El Dorado was an important part of a magical weekend!

Traveled to Sonoma for a 30 year wedding vows renewal- our friends had suggested the El Dorado hotel, and we were not disappointed. Staff, food and location to all things Sonoma was perfect. My mom and I spent one night at the El Dorado Hotel. The building is charming, and the rooms are fresh, modern and clean. Staff at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. Love that each of the rooms have a small outdoor space to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Couldn’t ask for a better location. We would recommend and will be back in the future!

The room was fantastic. We enjoyed it all, bed was beyond comfortable, shower was amazing and decent overall space. The pool was not ideal, we were looking for a resort like experience.
