This was our first time to Sorrentino and accommodation arranged through AAA. This is definitely not a hotel and is a youth hostel at best. It has no elevator service so if you have heavy luggage like we did you have to lug them up the stairs and the guy at the desk did not even offer to help. Room was clean but tiny and although was supposedly made to accommodate 4 adults there was only a double bed and 2 thin coats as the extra bedding and no additional room for 4 suitcases. Customer service was terrible. Asked for an extra luggage rack and was told no. Was only informed once in room that towels would be changed free of charge every 3 days and if sooner was 10euros per person per day. When asked about excursions I was told to google it. Was also told that since prepaid was not refundable. Ate cost and left and paid a little more to get 2 rooms at the hotel plaza. Would never recommend this place and photos are misleading. If you are a youth traveler looking for cheap accommodation this is your place otherwise forget it.

Great location in the centre of Sorrento, easy to get to the markets and restaurants. Clean, friendly staff and a great breakfast. The market below causes some noise, but the windows are double glased and dampen the noise. If it wasn't on the other side of the world, I would stay here regularly for work. Did I mention the staff were awesome.

Excellent location, Lovely room, very clean, very friendly staff…. But, if you happen to have a room next to the breakfast area then forget having a quiet morning. The breakfast room is a communal one large table experience and you cannot help yourself to anything. Confusion as to what you actually want for breakfast results in a somewhat Fawlty Towers experience. Some people will be offered Orange juice… some will not. If you want Toast, it has to come as a cheese and ham toasted sandwich… just simple toast is not an option. If you don’t want eggs of any sort then you are frowned upon. There are croissants… but they must be served hot with cream and covered in icing sugar. No tea making facilities in the room but you can use the communal kettle. No milk though. They could do with investing in some soundproofing. That is the one moan though. The staff cannot do enough for you and as I said earlier the place is spotless and super clean. I just don’t want to be woken up at 6am by the clattering chairs etc… especially when the earliest you can have breakfast is 8am

Our family of 3 just had 3 lovely nights here! You are right in the heart of the city which was fabulous and so vibrant! We could walk from where the bus dropped us off. Loved having the spacious room, gave our 21 year old a separate part to sleep in and after being in hotel rooms where you can't control the temperature and it gets stuffy it was lovely and cool! The homemade breakfasts were lovely served by a beautiful soul, enjoyed talking to some of the other guests around the breakfast table! Really enjoyed our visit here and would love to come back.

This place is a complete joke. It is a glorified hostel with exorbitant prices. I do not understand any positive reviews this place receives. It's a great location and the street traffic was not a big deal at all. But after the first night, staying up past 2am listening to the bass drop from the club upstairs, we complained but were told there was no club upstairs. How do they know that when there is NO EMPLOYEE THERE past 8pm. That's why in their instructions, you have to notify them of your arrival to make sure someone is actually present. We were reserved for 5 nights but happily left after two nights, once we secured another hotel. I repeat, do not stay here if you want a good night's sleep. Also, their "breakfast" was laughable; croissants were most likely frozen and reheated in the microwave (we witnessed that). There are hotels nearby that are 100x better than this at the same price. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The breakfast service was fabulous! Nunzia really went out of her way to make all the guests feel at home each morning. The location was PERFECT...we walked right outside and were in the heart of town. The room was clean and comfortable, air conditioning worked great. And the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The beds could have been a little comfier. And be aware that you will need to haul your luggage up a flight of stairs to reach the rooms.

If you are a party animal this is the place for you. Opposite a bar/restaurant where crowds gather into the early hours and a few metres from a raucous Irish pub. Sleep quality was poor. If it’s not the party crowd it’s furniture being moved around upstairs. The hosts are delightful and the place is spotless. Very basic accommodation and quite expensive but I’m guessing that is due to location.

If you were traveling by yourself or with your family, this is a place to stay. You are in the heart of Sorrento. But let’s just share he will not hear the tourist down below because this location is on the second floor off of the tiny street an alleyway. the people here are very gracious to breakfast so abundant they are so hospitable. We found this place last night after reserving bed and breakfast on ***********. I will definitely come back here again.

This place was fabulous. My family, 4 of us, stayed here for 5 nights. The location was great as we were right in the middle of Sorrento and only a 5 minute walk to the train, ferry and busses. It felt as if we were a part of the community, not just visiting. As for the staff, outside of a little language barrier and some wifi issues, they were terrific. They started our day with a great breakfast and made sure we didn't start our day hungry. A great personal touch. The room was very clean and very spacious. We also felt very safe. I loved having a room that had a balcony that overlooked one of the side alleys with shops. We will definitely consider this hotel when we return.
