Coltur Suites

Absolutely perfect apartment in a fantastic location with stunning views of Marina Grande and the bay of Napoli. You are sent a QR code before arrival to scan at the door to gain access to the apartment block and room, but you are also given a key. We loved the use of the QR codes as we could come and go without worrying who had a key. We were in apartment 300 that had a large terrace with a clothes airer, 4 chairs and a table plus 2 sun loungers, it got so hot during the heatwave they even provided us with a large parasol. It was well equipped with everything that you would need for your self catering stay from all types of utensils, a dual microwave, toaster, kettle they even supplied lighters for you to light the gas rings. Plenty of good sized towels were provided and a couple of dark colour ones to use on the sun loungers or down at the beach. We had a bathroom/ toilet off the main bedroom plus a shower/ toilet room off the living area so was perfect for our teenage daughter to have her own space as she was using the sofa bed. It was In a perfect location, walking distance to all parts of Sorrento, with plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets to suit everyone’s tastes and needs nearby. A special mention about Hamza, he kept the apartment and whole block spotlessly clean, he was fantastic and so helpful when we had any requests and helped us when the safe wouldn’t open. He even showed my partner how to make coffee the Italian way. We stayed for 7 nights but wish it had been for longer and If we’re back in Sorrento we will definitely be staying here again. Such a professionally run operation, from booking to check-in everything ran smoothly. The apartment was a good size, had a great view and was well equipped. The place was spotlessly clean (thank-you Hamza) and the investment made in its upkeep was evident.

Best accomodation. Really saved us in the historic heatwave, coming home to the contour suites was a life saver with the amazing aircon. Great location, perfect for someone who doesn’t like walking too many stairs with the great transport options just down the hill. Spacious and a lovely view. Would definitely be coming back or recommend for my friends and family.

Amazing hotel and position. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Our apartment had everything you need. Quick walk to marina grande. The view is incredible. Hostess was so helpful and very attentive, always giving advice and very responsive. Definitely recommend!

Perfect apartment for our 5 nights in Sorrento. Great location in between the marina grande and the town centre. Great facilities, lots of space and an amazing view!! We loved our stay here and Serena was so kind and helpful, I would definitely reccomend.

Stayed at Coltur Suites for 10 days. Great location close to beach and main square. Serena couldn't have been more helpful. Also the cleaner from Africa (sorry didn't get his name) but again, so nice and so helpful. Apartment was very clean. Used the pool at sister hotel, Central Hotel, which was very good and well worth the walk!

We really enjoyed our stay at Coltur Suites for 9 nights in October. The location at Marina Grande is perfect, about a 10 minute walk from the centre. However there are great restaurants and a couple of cafes in the Marina, so you don't even need to go into the centre. The apartment was comfortable - handy on days when we had bad weather (October). It was well equipped for self catering. If you are serious about your cooking you might need to enquire if particular utensils are there, such as a veg peeler and a scissors. Also, you might be interested to know that they provide a kettle and a moka coffee pot. For groceries there's a small shop in the Marina Grande, or you could easily walk over to Carrefour. The staff in the office Antonietta and Serena, are so attentive! I had plenty of questions for them before we arrived and they always replied graciously and promptly. When we had a few small issues, they sent Hamza around immediately to help. They ordered our transfer to and from the airport, and everything went smoothly and on time. We could use the pool and sun deck of Hotel Central, and the staff there were very pleasant and accommodating. I wanted to speak Italian and everyone was patient and kind with me! Every morning we had the wonderful view of the marina and across the bay to Naples. At night the lights around the bay were beautiful. Our apartment, 300, had a terrace, with deck chairs, table and chairs and a clothes horse. We preferred that to the French balconies we saw on the front of the building. There are two bathrooms. When you open the window in the walk-in shower... it's a wow! Go and see for yourself!! If we had access to a washing machine we could have cut down on our luggage. But I knew that in advance, because Antonietta was so responsive to all my queries. Grazie mille Antonietta.
