At the front desk, Teresa is very kind. I arrived early and would like to check in early. Teresa helped me and considered my situation. She deserved five stars! Thank you very much, Teresa. However, at first, another staff refused to help me check in early. I don't like her.

They have no toilet paper the front desk in the morning is rude but the maids never have anything

Don't ever go here!! I booked it since it was a pretty good price and good location, but it was absolutely disgusting. The facility looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The room smelled like rotten ramen noodles and dirty. It was hard to sleep because it felt like there were going to be bed bugs or it was roach-infested. So gross. I've never stayed at a hotel like this and will never again.

This is a location I enjoy booking with. Very quiet and very clean. Highly recommend and you have a loyal customer for life

The 1st room was filled with flying insects and when we went to ask the front desk for a new room the attendant did not speak good english and the system was down so we had to wait until the next dat to move to a new room. The daytime attendant made us check out and check back in at 3 due to rooms not being available.

Maria the manager is excellent 👌👍very friendly,tends to your needs , the house keeping is always on point, great people great location close to Princeton,and the mall. Quiet location,nice rooms,nice property,well kept all year long.

Extended Stay America Princeton-South Brunswick is the most welcoming, clean and comfortable hotel that I have stayed in. There is definitely a feeling of being home. The staff are attentive and always responsive to any questions or request that you have. They are pleasant and always available at the front desk should you need anything. The major factor in the hotel being of such high quality is the General Manager, Maia. Her professionalism, hospitality and concern for the guest is apparent every single day. She greets you by name, which is amazing considering the number of guest that stay here and always has a genuine smile. It is obvious that she is sincere when she asks how you are or how was your day. I have observed her walking through the halls doing a quality check to ensure that the halls are clean and all is well with the guests. She treats the hotel as if it were her home and the guest as if they were family or friends. Which is why you too feel like you are home. Maria is an absolutely wonderful and kind person which is what makes her a great General Manager. It shows in the Princeton-South Brunswick Extended Stay America. I and I’m sure other guest cannot thank her and her staff enough for our comfortable stay here. I felt compelled to write a review because when you receive good quality and customer service I want others to know as well.
