Everything was perfect!

Great location with many shopping and dining facilities close by many within walking distance. Rooms a decent size but not as large as the staybridge suites. Pressure in the shower not great and shower head too high when you’re short! Esteban on reception very helpful and good at his job!

I booked this hotel online through a third party website. My stay was fine and the hotel was comfortable enough. My issue lies with the negligence of the staff regarding the handling of charges. My credit card was charged twice because a staff member overlooked that it was booked and paid in full through the website. As a result, I was charged twice for the stay. While these things do happen and human error is inevitable, I was disappointed at the staff for not handling the refund process swiftly. I noticed the unauthorized charges and called on a Friday to let them know of the error. I was told by the manager that they would handle the refund immediately. One week later, I called on a Friday to check up on the status of the refund and I was told that they had just processed it. I was a little dumbfounded that they did not handle the refund earlier. I will have to wait additional business days to see the refund. I would have had no issues if they promptly issued the refund. I have stayed on this property before and booked it through my account and my husband has booked it a few other times for himself, but because we lost trust in the staff, we will choose a different location for our future stays.

A great stay again on this Marriott property. Right of the 154 in South Jordan. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. The rooms were clean and welcoming. You have all the basics you need (microwave, fridge, coffee, hairdryer). In the morning you have breakfast included in your paid stay. Was better than usual at least with all my stays in Marriott Springhill. Gym is available and an outside pool or and fire pit. Could not use due to snow season. Bonus: EV charging complimentary, little market has tray of extra plates and cup, and a share basket of books to share during your stay.

Beautifully appointed, immaculate housekeeping and kind staff. The heated pool and hot tub are open year-round and we saw many people using them even when it was 24 degrees F and snowing! The breakfast bar had varied options each day (alternating bacon and sausage, scrambled eggs and small frittatas) but had an oatmeal bar, bagels, English muffins, and cold cereals every day.

The hotel was very pleasant, clean and modern. I have one minor suggestion regarding the free breakfast: There was no half-and-half for the coffee, which surprised me. There was almond milk, soy milk and 3 flavors of non-dairy creamer, but no half-and-half. I always assumed that the majority of coffee drinkers enjoy half-and-half in their coffee. I've never stayed at a SpringHill Suites before and perhaps it's a policy, but it seems strange to me. Luckily there was a Starbucks nearby where I was able to get a coffee with half-and-half. Again, it's a small thing, but important to a lot of coffee drinkers.

This hotel is clean and provides quality bedding and room services. The breakfast is standard for a hotel chain. Dining areas clean. Staff very polite and helpful. On ground floor and no real noise from above which is helpful to get good rest. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

My wife and I was in the area for work, This is a nice hotel with great staff, all they I talked with was the best. They have a shuttle that runs from 7a-until dark for up to 2 miles away. Hotel was clean and the breakfast was nice. Close to great meals.
