The Check-in experience was horrible. The place looked deserted. The vibe of the place felt sketchy to me. I did not have a good feeling for the place, so much so that I just left and went to find another place that was more suitable.

We traveled from the uk to get married in Tahoe and stayed here for 5 nights. Mia who I spoke with multiple times was kind enough to upgrade us to a bigger room to celebrate the occasion. We were also given a bottle of Prosecco which was beyond kind. The rooms are lovley, the staff very good at their job and lovley to chat too/ very friendly. We can’t wait to stay at resthaven again in the future. The rooms are lovley and clean the location is amazing for heavenly and also travelling to places like emerald bay and Tahoe city.

Hôtel bien situé, à l’entrée de la ville, tout près des gros casinos et des salles de spectacle, chambre assez grande, propre, arrivée et départ facile, stationnement sur place, point négatif, il me demandais 15$ pour arriver 1h avant, personnellement je ne fais jamais cela avec mes clients, si je peux accommoder j’en suis ravis

Check in was seamless. The room was very clean. It was quiet. We were very pleasantly surprised by the refreshments and snacks in the room and offered in the common area as well. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Check in was different, but once we figured it out, it was very easy as well as check-out. It snowed quite a bit (in May) and we were a little concerned about the steep driveway, wasn't a problem. It was plowed and salted before we we needed to leave (early). The room was clean and comfortable. Great alternative to staying in a ******.

This was a very good value considering the very comfortable bed, cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Good Shower, easy free parking, friendly and very helpful manager who was eager to please. There were free snacks offered along cans of soda, candy bars, etc.

we were not aware that there wasn't a front desk. So when my crew checked in, there was nobody to do so. The had to call to provide the deposit and get the automated room code. All of which was not hard, luckily we were still in the office later than normal as was able to provide the CC info for the deposit and ultimately gain access.
