Cleanliness 4 /4 Comfort 2/2 Services 1/2 Perks 0/2 Total 8/10 Room, bed, furniture, bathroom were all clean. Towels were clean. Beds were comfortable, shower water pressure was adequate. In-Room amenities were good (safe, fridge, ironing table). Microwave was also available in the room, Staffs were friendly. Parking quite a lot but had to pay. Wifi was very very bad, very slow and often disconnected. Location was good if you really have to catch an early flight.

Very clean hotel. The service is good and coffee and tea are all-you-can-drink. Also, although there is only a little breakfast, the variety is changed every day. In addition, the lobby and breakfast venue can be used freely except for meal time, so you can buy dinner and eat there. I have to drive, but it's a short walk from the airport. There is no laundry.

The front desk service is very good, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the inner bay is outside the hotel, and the sea is calm like a lake, so you can take a walk. The airport bus departs every 45 minutes without reservation, but because it is the starting station, it takes 30 minutes to get to the airport. If you go to Uber, it will take 5 minutes.

The staff are wonderful people very helpful and the place is excellent for its value plus the cleanliness on top a brrakfast is included. Good location. Safe area... I would recommand the Samesun hotel to friends and people looking for a place to stay in San Francisco. The have private rooms or rooms to share with other guests. No challenges were met.

Este es uno de los hoteles que no se puede decir nada malo y si muchas cosas buenas. Está cerca del aeropuerto internacional SFO, hay muchas tiendas de conveniencia y algunos restaurantes cerca. Las habitaciones están limpias, espaciosas y con todos los servicios que se pueden esperar. El personal de recepción es amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La computadora que prestan es suficiente para imprimir tus boletos de avión o cualquier otro pase que requieras y no te cobran por las impresiones ni por el uso del equipo de cómputo. Sin problemas de agua caliente, tv en buen estado y con muchos canales, estacionamiento seguro y con suficientes espacios para todos los huéspedes. Yo recomiendo usar el estacionamiento de la parte superior, el del sótano como que no da mucha confianza sin embargo, lo usé una noche y no hubo ningún problema. El desayuno es bueno, variado, no es excelente pero sirve para sobrevivir hasta el almuerzo o la siguiente comida.

I’ve stayed here a few times now and TBH I’ve never really had any issues. The Front Desk are welcoming and very helpful. I can’t remember the girls name but she’s young and very pretty anyways she was very patient with me after she had checked me out and checked me right back in. It took the deposit money a few to hit my account again but she was willing and ready to work something out for me. One thing I do wish this Hotel had was some bacon sausage and eggs to their morning breakfast.

I booked in for 2 nights here as a solo female traveller. I had confirmation emails etc. as proof that I had booked a single room - I arrived at the hostel around 6.20pm on a Friday to find I had been placed in a large mixed dorm. The guy on the front desk was polite but totally unhelpful apparently under instruction from his manager. I offered to take any of the female dorms but was told all were sold out. I could not take the bed offered by them in the large mixed dorm, and they offered no like for like alternative. I was told that if i cancelled my stay/didn't check in I would lose my full amount paid as it was outside the cancellation period - they didn't grasp that within the cancellation period I was getting the room I booked, so it wasn't a cancellation on my behalf and was instead them not supplying what was purchased. I wasted so much time here to be offered no help while going through ********** customer support - I eventually gave up at 9:30pm when my employer forked out for a bed in another hotel for me. ********** were meant to get a full refund for me, as they failed to uphold their part of the sale, but 2.5 weeks later I've had or heard nothing from the hostel. To pay for something which is totally unavailable, with no budge room and no option for a refund, is a total scam. Do not book here as a solo female traveller as you will not be respected or safe.

Checked in for access to and from SFO. Shuttle service was sufficient with 1 trip on the hour. Room was quiet and clean. Bed was comfy. Service was efficient. Breakfast was very basic but restaurants are close by. Fridge and microwave are good ammenities. So Is free parking :) we always stay here when we have early flights.

I wonder how this is a 2-star hotel! I’ve been to 3 and 4 stars and they were no where near that hotels level! The hotel is so clean, rooms are amazing!! Spacious, modern, so comfy beds, sofa in the room, fridge, stand shower.. breakfast was great as well. For those travelling, it’s a very short drive to SFO. There’s a bar in the lobby, and an ATM. Plenty of parking, and if you have an EV, they got you covered with chargers. Plenty of food options around. Highly recommended

The airline put us here after bumping us from our flight. The rooms are okay, nothing special. They are in the middle of no where, so if you don’t have a car plan on ordering in your meals. The breakfast is a joke. They are still serving to go bags. I’m guessing to save money. Our breakfast consisted of a plain uncooked bagel, apple juice, fruit cup, and a yogurt. It was a breakfast for a 5 year old.
