Cleanliness 4 /4 Comfort 2/2 Services 1/2 Perks 0/2 Total 8/10 Room, bed, furniture, bathroom were all clean. Towels were clean. Beds were comfortable, shower water pressure was adequate. In-Room amenities were good (safe, fridge, ironing table). Microwave was also available in the room, Staffs were friendly. Parking quite a lot but had to pay. Wifi was very very bad, very slow and often disconnected. Location was good if you really have to catch an early flight.

I’ve stayed here a few times now and TBH I’ve never really had any issues. The Front Desk are welcoming and very helpful. I can’t remember the girls name but she’s young and very pretty anyways she was very patient with me after she had checked me out and checked me right back in. It took the deposit money a few to hit my account again but she was willing and ready to work something out for me. One thing I do wish this Hotel had was some bacon sausage and eggs to their morning breakfast.

The hotel does not have a Holiday Inn next door, the price is not very cost-effective, but the hotel cafeteria is very affordable, less than 30 dollars, fish, shrimp, seafood, etc., many choices, is a good affordable restaurant at the airport ,very good

The front desk service is very good, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the inner bay is outside the hotel, and the sea is calm like a lake, so you can take a walk. The airport bus departs every 45 minutes without reservation, but because it is the starting station, it takes 30 minutes to get to the airport. If you go to Uber, it will take 5 minutes.

I and my family had to extend our stay by 3 more nights as the kids love it here bcos of the cozy homely feel coupled with the friendly staff. But as it is all good things come to an end as we had to check out today to move into our new apartment. Had to virtually drag my kids from the hotel as they want us to stay more nights before moving to the apartment. I sincerely want to thank Janmesh for being such a welcoming and kind soul and all the other members of his team at the hotel for making us feel welcomed and at home all thru our stay. I and my family are now loyal followers of the hotel and look forward to our next visit. I recommend the hotel in case you need a break and a quiet place to work or have some quality family time

Very good hotel, delicious breakfast, no buffs, you can deduct 60 US dollars, you can take a walk, the service facilities are very new, I stayed there twice during transit, it was very nice

Very clean hotel. The service is good and coffee and tea are all-you-can-drink. Also, although there is only a little breakfast, the variety is changed every day. In addition, the lobby and breakfast venue can be used freely except for meal time, so you can buy dinner and eat there. I have to drive, but it's a short walk from the airport. There is no laundry.

Booked the Beach House for a solo getaway. Size of room was awesome - plenty of space for just me, and full kitchen was unexpected (two burners plus fridge/mw, and a bunch of dishes & utensils). No counter space (due to the burners), that was a drawback. Also they provide a keurig but my room had no cream or sugar and when I went to the front desk they gave me a cup of half and half! Don't they have little packets? Furniture was a bit worn but the bed was extremely comfortable and the comforter was fluffy & warm. Nice bathroom but again, not so luxurious as the description would have you believe. Booked a partial ocean view, but what I got was a parking lot view with a peek-a-boo of the bay if you stood at the slider and craned your neck. Tons of road noise too. This was disappointing, as I had been hoping to hear ocean waves. If you book this room type, specify the south side of the inn so you are not right by the restaurant next door. Continental breakfast was nice - good choices of pastries, yogurt & hot cereals. No wine reception on Sundays. While the front desk people were courteous & friendly, I felt I had to ask about every little thing. There was no amenity listing in the room or anywhere, so I had to ask: where is breakfast (it was in a meeting room one morning, the lobby another), where is the wine (it was sunday), is the pool heated, what is check-out time. Just felt a little like they assumed you'd know or wouldn't care, as opposed to other places that bend over backwards to be sure you know what they have to set them apart. It was a bit of a walk up to restaurants, which I didn't mind but just be aware. There's a very nice beach walk the other direction, but you're up on a bluff, not exactly on the sand. Next time, I'd go for the full oceanview.

The staff are wonderful people very helpful and the place is excellent for its value plus the cleanliness on top a brrakfast is included. Good location. Safe area... I would recommand the Samesun hotel to friends and people looking for a place to stay in San Francisco. The have private rooms or rooms to share with other guests. No challenges were met.

I wonder how this is a 2-star hotel! I’ve been to 3 and 4 stars and they were no where near that hotels level! The hotel is so clean, rooms are amazing!! Spacious, modern, so comfy beds, sofa in the room, fridge, stand shower.. breakfast was great as well. For those travelling, it’s a very short drive to SFO. There’s a bar in the lobby, and an ATM. Plenty of parking, and if you have an EV, they got you covered with chargers. Plenty of food options around. Highly recommended
