Amazing hotel wonderful facilities

We Really enjoyed our 2 night Stay at the Suenos Guest House the Room we was spotless and breakfast was very tasty and overall the stay was superb Teresa and Neil were great host and very friendly Suenos Guest House is in great location Thank you Will & keely

We had a very pleasant stay. Teresa and Neil were very welcoming and made us feel like old friends. Our room had great views of the beach front. The room was light and airy, bathroom spotless and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was superb. We would stay again (and again!)

As always Neil and Teresa are wonderful hosts. They go out of their way to make their guests feel at home. The guesthouse is beautiful and very tastefully decorated, and has a nice easygoing, and relaxing vibe. Breakfast is always excellent too!

Such lovely people . Really accommodating. Place felt really nice. I would stay again and recommend this warm and friendly place to anyone ! Great brekkie and loads of personal touches and communication to make our stay even better. See you all next summer.

I am a regular traveller for work and stay in many hotels, and I am so over it. But this B&B was such a delight, I wish I’d discovered it years ago. The room was so beautifully maintained, I felt like I was the first guest to stay in it. The owners have spared no expense and the quality of the bathroom, the floors and facilities add to the luxury-feel. The room lacked nothing, from mini-bar fridge, refreshments, hairdryer, fan, make-up removing cloths… I am not going to bore you but I did not need to pack any of my “just-in-case” travel items. The owners have thought of everything to make this an upgrade on home-from-home. The owners are also the perfect hosts. Very relaxed, friendly and welcoming but not at all in-your-face. I was given lots of space to relax and come and go as needed. Downstairs has a lovely guest lounge and veranda that is open and peaceful. I stayed two nights for work and slept brilliantly both nights, and the location is ideal for accessing Southend .

Our room, Ushuaia, was very comfy, well equipped and the balcony was a real bonus. Neil and Teresa were perfect hosts. The few questions we had before arriving were answered very promptly which is always reassuring. The breakfast options were all nicely presented and really tasty. Thank you for a very relaxing stay.

A warm welcome. And kindness throughout our stay. Food service and hosts were excellent. This lovely Guest House is run very well tidy and clean. We were made to feel at home. Host always available. We are hoping to return again.

My second stay at Suenos was as fabulous as my first visit. Teresa and Neil are great hosts. Rooms are beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and quiet. The shower is brilliant, as is the bed and the cafetière and fresh milk in the room is very welcome first thing in the morning. Love the daily breakfast choices and looking out at the water from the breakfast room. I look forward to returning again soon.
