No one waa there to help. Front dest person was a mess. Dressed inappropriate and rude. O ly stayed o e night. Had to xheck in another hotel. Im out 400 extra dollaes becauae of it. Will npt reccommend it to anyone. Close it down.

As soon as I walked into my room, we looked at everything and turned right out. Waiting to hear back regarding my refund. Room was not up my standards. Was not clean. No towles. No extra tissue. Very outdated. Fitted sheet on that didn’t even match size of the bed.

We initially checked into our room and we had to switch because someone was still living in that said room. Our next room was way cleaner, not lived in but absolutely NONE of the lights worked in the bathroom and the outer areas. I'm not sure who makes sure these things stay up to par but they are slacking HARD.

I never received a room or service they said I booked after they closed the office … I’m wondering how they even let me book or how the office closes when people get hotel rooms at all hours so I would like for my money to be refunded and the hotel manager said that she would explain the situation further if you all reach out to them

@ check in there was a line of people who had issues with their rooms. The first room the gave us was still on the process of being cleaned unbeknownst to the front desk. The. 2nd room was dirty, trash was on the floor, clogged sink, no towels. The staff seemed unorganized and unprofessional. We requested a refund and left .
