Amazing
AAnonymous UserI don't know of any other hotel that is as wonderful and perfect as this.
We stayed here on our honeymoon. They prepared a surprise for us, and we never had to wait in line for the cafe. The room had high ceilings, was kept clean, and we could see the Opera House from the window. Everything was perfect. There was always a doorman on hand, so we were able to start and end our day beautifully.
It's located in the city center, so sightseeing is easy to do.
I'd like to visit here every time we have an anniversary.
Thank you so much for a wonderful time.

LLINGBINGThe service is super good, our room minibar is free, coffee free drinking water can also let aunt take a few bottles. If you have any questions, you can find the front desk. When you come back, you can also book a taxi for us. The speed is very fast and the breakfast is rich. The location is not very central, slightly northerly, going to the inner city for one or two kilometers, there are too few people nearby, and the street is empty.

GGuest UserThis is the most comfortable room in Europe, the best service attitude, the friendliest hotel! Good location, super delicious breakfast, unlimited coffee tea in the room to room service. The hotel has a sense of design, five stars in the five stars, highly recommended to every guest in Vienna.
Because of a small accident, I was taken care of by the hotel, and I am even more grateful.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel exceeded my expectations. First, let me talk about the service, which I would say is exceptional. Our room was cleaned meticulously every day, with two services, one in the morning and one in the evening. The room itself was also very spacious, which is a pleasant surprise as European hotel rooms tend to be smaller; the size of this room was just perfect for me. Secondly, the location is absolutely fantastic, right in the city center, making it incredibly convenient to get to any attraction. Just a short walk to the right from the hotel entrance is the Golden Hall. They even thoughtfully provide umbrellas on rainy days. Thirdly, the hotel perfectly blends modern and classic styles. You'll find a very classical elevator in the lobby, but if you have luggage, there's a separate modern elevator available. Fourthly, the price of this hotel is also quite reasonable. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation, dining, and drinking options. If I ever have the chance to visit Vienna again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

LLenshyuuI stayed for 3 days, and the service mostly met my expectations. They helped with luggage, and the turndown service and daily room cleaning were all provided as they should be.
The rooftop bar also offers a nice view.
There's a gym and a pool downstairs too.
Breakfast really depends on the main course you order; after a few days, I found the English breakfast and Eggs Benedict to be quite good.
The room had high ceilings, and the view outside the window was also pleasant.
Since it's right next to the City Park, it's very close to the station for the Airport Express (CAT) and places like the Musikverein (Golden Hall).
From the hotel, you can reach Schönbrunn Palace, Belvedere Palace, or Hofburg Palace within 20 minutes by metro or tram.
By the way, buying a city card that includes the airport pass is quite worthwhile (the hop-on hop-off bus didn't seem to have much purpose).
Public transport is excellent; the metro and trams are very well-developed, and they run late, pretty much covering everything you'd need.
The CAT goes directly from the airport to City Park in one stop, taking only 16 minutes.

GGuest UserPersonally, I found it rather average. From the window opposite my room, everyone could see everything clearly, and conversely, if I didn't draw my curtains during the day, others could see me too. Upon entering, there was a sticky mess on the bar that had stuck to my room key. I contacted Ctrip customer service, and they assisted in cleaning it again. Later that evening, the hotel, probably trying to make up for my bad impression, sent me two pillowcases embroidered with my initials and a bottle of Austrian sparkling wine. Unfortunately, I had a cold and didn't touch them. I could only take the pillowcase with me because of the name on it. Those things aside, what I found most unbearable was the dim lighting in the bathroom, which was very unfriendly to women. The rooftop restaurant, however, deserves five stars!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located next to the main railway station in Vienna. You walk about 5-10 minutes from the station to the hotel. The railway station is Okish central located, but well connected to the Viennese public transport system. The hotel has a park in front, that has two restaurants inside - die kleine Steiermark and the Arsenal stüberl.. if you walk cross the park,(5-10 minutes) you will find yourself next to one of the top sights in Vienna - the Belvedere castle. there is a restaurant in the ground floor of the hotel - Eugen.. which was really empty (just one guest) when we were there.. we need to wait for the waiter for 10 minutes.. we thought already the restaurant was closed (We were there at 9pm on a Friday) anyway the food served was good. Had a flank steak. There no other shops or anything else around the hotel.. the hotel feels a kind of remote.. you need to go to the railwaystation if you need a convenient store..
What we can recommend is the roof top bar Aurora(?) directly in the 16th floor of the hotel with maybe the best view across Vienna.
The rooms themself are modern and efficient.. have everything you might ask from a modern Hotel.. although the hotel is located more or less directly over the rails of the nearby railway station, we didn’t hear any traffic noises..
We didn’t expect too much when we booked the hotel.. but were happily surprised about the efficiency of the rooms.. so overall a nice stay for one night… if you look for a hotel to discover Vienna.. I would go to a more central location like in the first district or 6th with a more lively neighborhood.
GGuest UserVery convenient location, right behind the railway station, 15-20 min from the airport.
Spacious, clean rooms with all required amenities. Although there were no hygienic shower in the bathroom.
Exquisite breakfast with fresh and local produce. Helpful staff. One could ask for custom options during breakfast.
We had a very positive experience.
CChristopherLovely, quirky hotel in an excellent location.
It's an easy walk into central Vienna, and sites like the Parliament, Rathaus and Leopold Museum are practically on the doorstep.
Transport links around Vienna are excellent, with the U2 station almost within shouting distance.
Staff speak excellent English, and are friendly and helpful.
Comfortable, if smallish room, and well sound insulated.
Only fault is the erratic WiFi. It often dropped, making streaming a frustrating experience.
The onsite restaurant makes decent pizza at a good price - a decent option if you don't fancy going out.

GGuest UserWhen I checked in, the desk person didn’t seem to have information about my prior payment or what I had booked (I did show him my receipt, which he accepted), but he first sent me to a tiny room with a single small twin bed. I had to go back to the desk and show him that I had paid for a larger room with either a double bed or two single beds. He then gave me a much larger room with a double bed, but 1) the booking itself should have shown that the room was prepaid in full, and 2) the booking should have shown him what kind of room I had booked, and 3) he should have looked at the receipt I showed him to confirm what room I had paid for. The whole check-in process was weird and being first sent to a very inferior room was annoying!
