Excellent location, right above IKEA on the 5th floor. It's about a two-minute walk to Westbahnhof (train or U3 metro). There's a kitchen available with utensils, but you can't cook, though there is a fridge. Plenty of common areas for relaxing and chatting. However, they charge a fee for luggage storage.

I booked this place last minute in Vienna because I couldn't get in touch with my original accommodation. I'm a very light sleeper and expected to have trouble sleeping, but it actually turned out to be pretty good! The room, bed, and bathroom were all clean. You do have to put on the duvet cover, pillowcases, and sheets yourself. There's a lockable locker for luggage and a small lockable safe by the bed. My roommates were all friendly. There are two large supermarkets nearby, and a local store similar to Watsons, where the Doppelherz health supplements have a better selection than DM. There's also Chinese food nearby, including Xiaolongkan and a noodle shop. It's very close to the subway, and right across from the Nashmarkt. St. Stephen's Cathedral is only 2 or 3 subway stops away, so it's a pretty central location. The staff were all very friendly. My English isn't great, but I communicated with them using a translation app the whole time, and they were very patient. There's a kitchen (with pots for cooking), a fridge, and a bar, so you can either relax quietly or have a lively time. If you don't have super high expectations for your accommodation, this place is a perfect fit.

My stay was great but it was a bit disturbed because first, during my stay I woke up in the middle of the night as someone was using a blow dryer at 12mn, I know it's a common area but you should have rules like quiet time from 10pm-6am. Like the other hostels, it's a sign of respect. Second, other guests came quite late and tried to look for their rooms. They're banging one capsule room saying that they booked that room, the other guests called the owner to double check and it lasted for 10-15 mins. Other than those encounters, everything was okay.

Great location, close to the main bus station, and only a 20-minute metro ride to the city center, with the metro station just a 5-minute walk away. The room was also very good.

The room was clean, kitchen works without any problemskitchen but there was no microwave I wanted to use.

The whole is relatively clean, the room is small, but the facilities are complete, send an email in advance to inform the way to enter the room, it is very easy to find. The public toilet is large and the hot water is good. The only fly in the ointment is the poor sound insulation. The house facing the street is always a ghost and a teenager comes out to blow the street at night, which is very noisy.

Well-located apartment, with several lines within a 5-minute walk. Paid parking nearby using PAYUCA. The small apartment had a slightly uncomfortable bed, but the bathroom had excellent shower pressure and temperature. We were slightly inconvenienced upon arrival because the room we had been assigned smelled of cigarette smoke, even though smoking is prohibited. The cleaning staff was going to clean it again, but we asked if we could move. They immediately moved us to a slightly smaller room, but we were better served. The kitchen in the new room didn't work; one burner wasn't working, and the other was even broken. But since we had already moved in and only noticed it late at night, we didn't want to ask them again. There was no Wi-Fi. The staff was very friendly and quick.

The service was excellent.
