Montreal Spa Hotels

I love this hotel nestled in the heart of Old Montréal and Old Port. I had a great room with a wonderful corner view of Old Montréal, it’s rooftops, the Grande Roue and the little cafes and boutiques below. Room is very comfortable. I love the long modern working desk, the comfy lounge chair, plush bedding and above all the spa multi jet shower… Because of pandemic restrictions most of the amenities of the hotel were not accessible. The hotel has such a nice lounge and bar area but I couldn’t go there. The gym was also off limits. There is an outdoor courtyard that was advertised as open even in the winter with fire pits but it wasn’t accessible during my stay. My only complaint would be that my room was drafty but I also stayed on one of the coldest weekends of the year and I could adjust the heat in the room. I asked for a throw blanket to cuddle in while reading in the lounge chair. They brought me the cuddliest faux fur blanket, I was almost thankful for the draft. Can’t wait for my next opportunity to stay here. In my opinion, this hotel is more geared towards adults (solo/business/couples/adult getaways) rather than families with young children. It has a high-end, modern, chic vibe. However, I’m quite sure they would accommodate children too. Photos don’t do the view justice. They were taken during a snow storm with poor visibility. Under normal conditions, was really nice and at night, so beautiful with all the lights and illuminated Grande Roue.

It’s really a wonderful experience. People there are warm-hearted and the food will also amaze you. Attach the pics of food for your reference.

We had a great stay. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable, with a really cool view overlooking the airport. The location is unbeatable, especially for an early morning flight. Being directly connected to the terminal made everything smooth and stress free. Since we had to leave before breakfast service started, the hotel kindly provided us with a breakfast box. That thoughtful attention to detail made a big difference and made the start of our long journey much more pleasant. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it for anyone flying out of Montreal.

Location good and clean. But reception lady was impolite, seems not happy working there or do not like you not speaking French, never smile n the attitude do not respect to customers. I requesting to add hotel members no, she said no benefits received even update for me, and don’t want to do it, like please do not bother me. But when I checked in Marriott in falls n Toronto before going to Montreal, they both asked me the number n do it for me even no benefits if I booked through trip.com, both Marriott staff service are super nice n professional. They both asked me not requesting by myself. And the cleaning lady knocked my door for cleaning at 10am on the day I checked out, it was strange as they should check my check out day and don’t bother me for cleaning. I requested a slippers and they said they are out of stock n will send me when available, I stay 3 nights but no one comes back . Disappointed service in such price, will not stay again.

enjoyed my stay. due to delay in flight, i arrived in the hotel 10 in the night. check in was fast n smooth. room was great and clean. Ac is noisy with the fan motor, but it guess it is how all the ac in canada hotels are. and the table with the charger is also noisy. other than that it was good. convenient from airport, bus 747 stops opposite the hotel. saint catherine shopping street is just behind

I have stayed here before and remember why I didn't like it For the price and location it feels like a motel, paper cups in the room a large space under the door Crappy overpriced restaurant only open breakfast and dinner There are many choices in Mtl they will have to up their game I will not be back😔

What an amazing stay. The hotel is absolutely stunning. We stayed in the crystal suite which is a corner suite with huge windows overlooking the city. The room was so fancy with high end luxury decor and furnishings. The bathroom was huge with a soaking tub and tiled shower. The room was stocked with snacks and a bar with various liquor. I felt like I was back in a Las Vegas hotel. We had a minor issue with a light bulb flickering and someone came to replace it within 10 mins of us calling the front desk. Top notch service. The room was very quiet. We parked in a garage a few blocks down that was reasonably priced so it was a quick walk over.

This hotel is a little gem in a super area of downtown Montreal. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, with high-quality sheets and a good selection of comfortable pillows. A kitchenette made it very easy to pick up salads or snacks to refrigerate or reheat leftovers from a restaurant the night before. Breakfast is included and there’s a good selection of fruit, boiled eggs, smoked salmon, deli meats and yogurt. Cereals as well. While there were scrambled eggs, I tried them twice but not cooked to my taste. Having said that, there were fresh pastries and bagels, so a bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon with some fruit served very well. This hotel is very walkable to Notre Dame, Place des Arts and several theatres and museums. Lots of great restaurants to suit anyone’s tastes. The subway is literally a 3-minute walk and in 10 minutes, you can be at the Jean Talon Market, which has a plethora of foods and drinks to suit anyone’s taste palate. I’d highly recommend Hotel and Spa Carre St. Denis and will definitely be back next time I visit Montreal.

The Le Nouvel Hotel was conveniently located, however during our stay we booked 5 rooms, somewhat clean (I did find a long piece of hair in the bathroom that didn’t belong to me), staff friendly and accommodating. However, the hotel was going through renovations without notice, front entrance was blocked so you had to use the rear, load noises at night, restaurant was situated in a conference room with limited signage and no bar. Parking was underneath, confusing and could not accommodate larger vehicles. All in all, there are plenty of other hotels in this area with better facilities and amenities for the price. The hotel should have gave us a discount during arrival due to the unannounced and unexpected hotel renovations. I would not be returning.
