LLijuan ♪(^∇^*) This was my second stay, and the hotel is fantastic. The overall service is great. I really like the Wild View room type; the design is excellent, with everything you could possibly need. The cleanliness is also top-notch. The hotel is right by the lake, offering fantastic views. The forest by the lake is like a huge natural oxygen bar, and there's also a large lawn. The hotel restaurant is superb; breakfast is very rich and delicious, and the regular meals are good too. It's also a great choice for families, with craft activities for kids. My only regret is that I haven't had a chance to experience the spa on either visit, but I'll definitely try it next time.

YYibierbigenhaosanThe private hot spring at the hotel was fantastic! It's so peaceful staying in the mountains. I'm not sure if it was because I booked through Trip.com, but they put me in the room furthest back, and I couldn't see anything from the balcony except trees. Overall, aside from the hotel facilities being a bit old, the service was good. The electric shuttle was always available when called, and the food was incredibly good value for money – pretty decent. We didn't go to the public hot springs because it was a holiday and too crowded, so we just used the one in our room. Overall, I'd recommend it to discerning travelers. If only the view from the private hot spring balcony stretched further, I'd give it a perfect score. I wonder if the rooms closer to the front are more expensive?

3300117****I booked a hot spring hotel in Anning to visit a friend. Both the guest rooms and front desk service were subpar. The front desk was slow and inefficient. My mother and I had heavy luggage, and no one offered to help. The floor was also slippery. What's worse, the housekeeping supervisor entered our room using a key card without permission, which woke me up and startled me.
However, the staff in the hot spring area were excellent – friendly, accommodating, and very attentive.
The rice noodles at the restaurant were decent, and the old lady serving them was very kind.
Overall, I wouldn't really recommend this place.
