Highly recommend the Wellesley Hotel Changsha Meixi Lake! My stay here exceeded expectations, it was truly relaxing and rejuvenating ✨ 🔹Exceptional Butler Service: The 24-hour butler service was incredibly responsive, meticulous, and thoughtful. From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome. 🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely. 🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance. The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, and both the service and dining are impeccable. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Changsha; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

A very pleasant stay! 😊 The hotel service was excellent. A week before our arrival, a concierge called to confirm our check-in time and asked if we needed any children's amenities since we were traveling with my son. We booked a two-bedroom suite, which was fully equipped and comfortable. The kitchen had a microwave, a capsule coffee machine, a large refrigerator (which was clean and odorless), and a washing machine. There were two bathrooms, not huge, but perfectly adequate. The master suite bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower, and the water pressure was great and very comfortable. The hotel is relatively close to bustling areas like Wuyi Square and IFS (International Finance Square), about a twenty-minute drive. Those with good stamina could even walk. However, due to the hot weather, we mostly took taxis, which were inexpensive, usually around ten to twenty RMB to popular attractions. For Orange Isle, taxis have restrictions, so we opted for the subway. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk to Furong Square Metro Station. From there, it's just 3 stops on Line 2 to Orange Isle Metro Station, and the attraction entrance is right outside, which was very convenient. During our four-day stay, the front desk staff and servers were all very welcoming, always greeting guests warmly whenever they saw them.

Staying in the Deluxe Collection Changsha Meixi Lake City View Twin Room was an amazing experience! The room offered expansive views, overlooking the bustling city, which was particularly stunning when the lights came on at dusk. Plus, it's right next to Yuelu Mountain, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. A special shout-out to the butler team – their communication efficiency was top-notch! From check-in inquiries to responding to requests, they were lightning fast, resolving issues quickly and smoothly, which made our trip completely worry-free. Both the facilities and service are excellent. I'll definitely be back to stay here on my next visit to Changsha!

While Ctrip's perfect score is 5, honestly, my stay at Changsha W this time was far beyond a 5. I truly had a fantastic time, with not a single uncomfortable moment from start to finish. The day before check-in, the hotel proactively called me, asking precisely what time I'd arrive and if I had any additional requests they could help with. They readily agreed to everything they could accommodate. This pre-arrival communication was a huge plus, making me feel valued. Upon arrival, the concierge at the entrance was incredibly enthusiastic, guiding me and helping with my luggage very thoughtfully. At the front desk, as I was checking in alone, I needed to provide a handwritten authorization letter from my parents. This meant a slight delay in preparing the documents. I was initially just waiting somewhat bored, but the front desk attendant was excellent at conversation. She proactively chatted with me throughout, speaking in a warm and friendly tone, completely preventing the wait from becoming awkward or tedious. Her efficiency was also top-notch, without any delays or perfunctory service. It wasn't just the front desk and concierge; later, I also encountered the housekeeping aunties, who were incredibly friendly. They would greet me proactively when passing by. The staff's overall service awareness was excellent; they treated everyone with genuine sincerity, without any cold or dismissive attitudes. The first impression upon entering the room was how exceptionally clean it was. Every corner was meticulously tidied. The floors, bathroom, and soft furnishings were all spotless. There were no strange odors like stuffiness or smoke in the room. The ventilation and hygiene were absolutely impeccable, making for a reassuring and comfortable stay. The entire check-in process was a fantastic experience. From the pre-arrival communication and on-site reception to the room environment and staff attitudes, everything was flawless. I was extremely satisfied with my stay during this trip to Changsha. Next time I visit Changsha, I will definitely prioritize choosing this W hotel again! Also, I'd like to mention that Mia, Teddy, and Miss Liu were very enthusiastic towards me throughout my stay, especially Mia. I look forward to seeing you all again.

Facilities: The soundproofing in the rooms isn't great; you can hear everything happening in the hallway. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. The gym on the 15th floor is tiny, and half of this building isn't even part of the hotel, it's office space. Cleanliness: It's quite clean, and the housekeeping staff are very friendly. Just remember to press the 'make up room' button, otherwise, they won't come to clean. Ambiance: The location is excellent, right next to a subway station. Service: The hotel robot delivering food is a nice bonus! All the hotel staff are very warm and attentive!

Da Wang Shan Langham is the top choice for families with kids visiting Da Wang Shan! The front desk service was a pleasant surprise; they upgraded us for free to a high-floor view room during check-in. The room was incredibly spacious with amazing views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel has excellent family-friendly facilities, including a kids' club downstairs and a heated family pool that kept the little ones entertained all day. It's also super close to Happy Snow World and the Ocean Park, making it a one-stop solution for family outings. The rooms were clean, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a very pleasant stay for the whole family.

My stay at Niccolo Changsha was incredibly pleasant. The room was elegantly minimalist, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking city views of Changsha. A special thanks to Camille from Guest Experience for proactively coordinating my itinerary, being attentive and thoughtful throughout my stay, and promptly responding to all my needs with just the right touch of professionalism. The hotel has direct access to IFS, making travel and sightseeing extremely convenient – it's definitely my top choice for a trip to Changsha. The N3 room type offers unbeatable views, and the breakfast on the 93rd floor is extensive with an à la carte menu. There were complimentary welcome fruits and soft drinks daily, and IFS mall is right downstairs. I also managed to get a late check-out, service was absolutely top-notch!

Superb! First off, the location is fantastic. From the South Railway Station, you can take Metro Line 2 directly to Yingbin Road, and it's just a 4-minute walk from there. Getting to Wuyi Square and the snack kingdom is also a direct metro ride away. Within about a 7-minute walk downstairs, there are plenty of restaurants. Hotel: Environment: The room is quite spacious, the air conditioning is strong, and the shower pressure is excellent. The bed is just the right firmness. After a day of exploring Changsha in 30+ degree weather, it's so comfortable to come back to the hotel, have a nice shower, enjoy the cool A/C, and relax on the bed. The breakfast is also quite rich and can be extended until 11 am. We woke up late and arrived at the restaurant at 10:45 am. The staff said there wasn't much left out, but if we wanted anything, we could tell them, and the kitchen could make it fresh. Service: As soon as we arrived at the hotel entrance, someone immediately came to help with our luggage. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and even gave us some travel tips. They immediately brought us frozen mung bean soup when we checked in. The hotel also offers unlimited complimentary bottled water.

This stay exceeded my expectations; it truly lives up to its five-star rating. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, and the lobby has a great ambiance. The guest room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. Y, at the front desk, provided meticulous and thoughtful service; they were gentle, polite, and responded promptly and considerately. Professionalism was evident in every detail. The dining quality was excellent, and the facilities were comprehensive. My entire stay was relaxed and comfortable, with convenient access to everything. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Traveling to Changsha with my two kids, I didn't hesitate to choose the Wanjiali International Hotel, and our stay far exceeded our family's expectations. The hotel lobby, located on the 26th floor, is grand and impressive. Although there was a large crowd during check-in, staff member 147 was well-organized and highly efficient. After completing the formalities, we were able to take a dedicated concierge vehicle directly to our room, which was a thoughtful touch. Our room was incredibly spacious, well-laid out, and brightly lit. It comfortably accommodated our family of four without feeling cramped. The bedding was soft and clean, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring the children could rest undisturbed. In our free time, we took the kids to the free Cultural Grand View Garden on the 11th floor. The exhibits were rich and varied, with wax figures and cultural corridors perfect for a family visit. In the evening, we went up to the 28th-floor observation deck. Despite the many visitors, we enjoyed a 360° panoramic view of Changsha, checking off the legendary 'Cosmic Center Wanjiali'. The hotel is connected to a large shopping mall, and Metro Lines 2 and 5 are right downstairs, making dining and getting around incredibly convenient. With its comprehensive amenities and diverse activities, there's no need to travel to multiple attractions. It's ideal for family trips, and we'll definitely choose it again next time we're in Changsha.
