"No exaggeration... this is the most hassle-free hotel near Changsha South Station! I picked this hotel randomly for a business trip to Changsha, and it turned out to be super convenient.
✅ It's very close to both the high-speed rail station and the subway station, just a few minutes' walk, which makes catching the train a breeze.
✅ The projector quality is crystal clear. My friend and I snuggled in bed watching dramas at night – it created such a great atmosphere, just like a private cinema. The whole room is smart-controlled; you can open/close curtains and adjust lighting all by voice.
✅ Full of thoughtful details – they even provided lingerie detergent and disposable face towels! The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation.
✅ The lobby is a multi-functional space. You can have a light meal in the morning and enjoy a drink in the evening. The public areas have a strong artistic vibe, so if you don't feel like going out, you can take some great photos right in the hotel.
✅ The service is genuinely excellent. My clothes accidentally fell onto the balcony, and the front desk handled it incredibly promptly. They quietly retrieved them in the morning and left them at the front desk for us.
👍 Overall, it offers great value for money, with attentive yet non-intrusive service. It's suitable for both leisure and business travelers and definitely worth recommending."

🔹Exceptional Butler Service: The 24-hour butler service was incredibly responsive, meticulous, and thoughtful. From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome.
🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely.
🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance.
The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, and both the service and dining are impeccable. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Changsha; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

GGuest UserChangsha in winter has a unique charm! Yuelu Mountain is tranquil, Orange Isle is vast, and Du Fu's River Pavilion, lit up at night, adds an extra touch of poetry. A steaming bowl of street-side rice noodles is the warmest comfort on a winter day. A special thanks to Xiao Tang from the hotel; from his warm greetings to preparing hot drinks in advance, his thoughtful service was like a winter sun, making the trip warm and reassuring.

GGuest UserI stayed in a Sunset Lake View King Room at The Luxury Collection Hotel Changsha Meixi Lake. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of Meixi Lake and Yuelu Mountain, with the lake shimmering beautifully at sunset. The hotel's proximity to Yuelu Mountain made visiting the mountain and enjoying the autumn foliage incredibly convenient. The butler service was attentive and thoughtful, allowing me to fully enjoy my afternoon. The room design was elegant, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. Waking up to the lake view in the morning was simply perfect.

GGuest UserMy stay at Wanda Vista Changsha was an excellent experience. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the service was very friendly. A special shout-out to Stellar, our butler, whose service was attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay, always responding promptly to our needs. The room was spotlessly clean. The hotel's location is superb, close to Orange Isle and Chaozong Street. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The hotel environment is grand and elegant, making it very convenient for sightseeing, entertainment, and shopping. I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserThe hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Changsha South Railway Station, making it super convenient for getting around. You can also reach Metro Line 4 within a few hundred meters, which is great for visiting attractions like Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain, or food hotspots like Wuyi Square and Nanmenkou. The hotel's cleanliness was also excellent; I especially appreciated the separate toilet, shower, and vanity areas – very thoughtful. The breakfast selection was quite good, and I particularly enjoyed the noodles – the broth was fresh and delicious. Since I had an early train at 7 AM, the hotel even thoughtfully prepared a convenient breakfast for early departures, which was a first for me and incredibly heartwarming. The staff were also very welcoming. All in all, this stay was perfect!

GGuest UserThis hotel is right by a subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. The transportation is excellent, and it's very close to all the attractions I wanted to visit. I particularly want to thank the front desk lady. I arrived super early on the first day, and I thought we'd have to wait for our room to be cleaned, but instead, she directly upgraded us to a deluxe room on the highest floor with the most beautiful night view. Plus, she had a smile on her face the entire time, which really brightened our mood. Also, a big shout-out to the housekeeping lady and the laundry room lady. After cleaning our room, the housekeeping lady left a handwritten note, which is the first time I've ever seen something like that! We also received a welcome gift upon check-in. And the laundry room lady, seeing my clothes weren't completely dry, helped me dry them again – so, so grateful! Of course, there's also the delivery robot, which is just adorable. The room even had umbrellas and laundry bags, which was very thoughtful. My first visit to Changsha was filled with such warmth and excellent service!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's design is excellent, from the entrance and hallways to the rooms themselves, everything has a space and star theme. You can use your room card to access the hotel from the parking lot, which saves a lot of hassle with elevators. All the furnishings and amenities in the room are coordinated, even the trash cans match the theme and decor, showing great attention to detail. The bedding is very comfortable, and housekeeping is prompt. The service is very responsive. The TOTO toilet is currently the best smart toilet on the market, and the Kohler bathroom fixtures provide a great experience.

CChanchanshuoOverall, the experience was pretty good! The hotel is easily accessible by car if you navigate directly to it. The entire Dawangshan resort area, including attractions like the Snow and Ice World, Circus, and Ocean Kingdom, are all quite close to the hotel, within a 3-5 minute walk, which is very convenient.
The hygiene and service were standard. We were pleasantly surprised with a welcome snack from Cha Yan and an additional room upgrade!
The only minor drawback was the hotel breakfast. The 3rd-floor all-day dining restaurant clearly felt a bit undersized. If the dining area could be further subdivided, with more four-person tables replacing the six-person ones, it might reduce the need for shared tables and improve the overall dining experience.
We paid extra for the hotel's dinner buffet, and the salmon was truly unlimited, which was very generous. The complimentary foie gras and abalone were also quite good. I'd recommend trying it!

The bathroom was tidy, with plenty of hot water. The spacious desk and chair area was perfect for working on a business trip, and the natural light and ventilation were great. The hotel's common areas were quiet, elegant, and impeccably clean everywhere. The location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around for appointments. From the attentive service to the comfortable living experience, everything was impeccable, offering incredible value for money. The staff truly go above and beyond for their guests, making business travel hassle-free and comfortable. This will definitely be my first choice for future business trips, and I highly recommend it to all my business travel companions.

ZZuibangdexingchenThe hotel is a bit old and the facilities are a little dated. My first room smelled like smoke, and when I told the front desk, they even sent housekeeping to check. Housekeeping insisted they had already dealt with it and eliminated the smell, but I still got a new room. It was better than the first, and since I was only staying one night, I didn't bother to complain further.
Note that the small bed in the room is a sofa bed, which is alright for sleeping.
The complimentary fish head dish tasted pretty good. I didn't get the 50% Didi coupon, and no one mentioned it.
The doorman at the entrance was exceptionally nice and provided great service. He really earned some extra points for the hotel!
