This guesthouse is located inside the 'Yingshang International Hotel' building, about a 10-minute walk from IFS (International Finance Square). The location is pretty good, but the guesthouse's security is a bit lacking, as anyone can access the floors. The main draw is that it's cheap and the rooms are spacious. Just make sure that when you're using navigation, you set your drop-off point to 'Sen. Bolai Hotel'; from there, it's only a minute and a half walk to the entrance. Otherwise, you'll have to walk a long and difficult path from the other side of the building, going through a construction zone, which resulted in my shoes and luggage getting covered in yellow mud (it was the rainy season when I visited). The room itself was quite clean, but the hot water system for the shower is a residential-style one. If multiple people are staying in the same room, you can't shower freely. After one person uses it, the next person has to wait a long time, which made showering feel stressful.

I highly recommend this guesthouse, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Changsha! As someone who travels frequently, this is one of the rare guesthouses I've stayed in that offers great value for money, is spotlessly clean, and has a fantastic environment. Located in a small alley by the Xiangjiang River, this guesthouse is a quiet oasis in a bustling area, yet it's very easy to find. It's just a five-minute walk to the subway station, a ten-minute walk to Chaozong Street, and a twenty-minute walk to Wuyi Square – super convenient! The environment is impeccable. The bedsheets and pillows look brand new with not a single stain, so there's no need to bring your own sleeping bag liner. The bathroom also has a wet/dry separation, and even features a smart toilet. In terms of service, I often saw an auntie cleaning. She was very kind and even helped with luggage. The room was cleaned daily, and fresh drinking water was provided. Regarding facilities, each room has two air conditioners, which kept it wonderfully warm. There's hot water, though you need to let it run for a bit. Downstairs, there are plenty of food stalls and a supermarket. The nights were very quiet, and I slept soundly. The owner is also very nice, and all communication was smooth!

The apartment come with 2 rooms, living hall, kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Located in the core business district of Wuyi Square, which is very convenient for travel. Sorrounding has many malls and resturants. The host is very nice and helpful. We bought many parcels online and come in different days, the host helped to contact delivery man to receive parcels for us. Recommend to stay here.

The room facilities were excellent, and both my friend and I loved the layout. This stay exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient. The hotel's location is also very convenient, right next to a commercial area with plenty of options for dining and shopping. Overall, it's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. Highly recommended!

Location: The location is pretty good, with Pozi Street and Huangxing Square just a few hundred meters away, making it very convenient to walk to. Butler Service: It was raining heavily and I came back cold and wet that evening. The front desk even offered me a cup of hot water, which was so thoughtful and really warmed my heart! 😁 Environment: The soundproofing in the room is decent. The front desk also provides laundry detergent if you need it, and there's a washing machine and dryer available.

I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Changsha, and it's located within a commercial building. The overall experience was surprisingly good. I originally booked check-in for 2 PM, but to my surprise, when I arrived around noon, the front desk allowed me to check in early directly, and I didn't even need to pay a deposit, which saved a lot of hassle. The check-in process was very efficient, and the front desk staff were warm and attentive, patiently answering all my questions. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. The whole process was simple and convenient, with no complicated procedures, and excellent value for money. I was very satisfied with this stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Changsha. Great value for money overall. The toiletries provided were comprehensive, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the hot water supply was stable. The location is super convenient for getting around; it's easy to reach places like Wuyi Square and Orange Isle, and it's close to both the subway and bus stations.

The owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!

This hotel is located on the top floor of a building, right next to the east bank of the Xiang River. To the west, you can overlook Yuelu Mountain and Orange Isle. The views are fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, with a subway station nearby. It's not far from major city attractions, easily reachable by foot, subway, or taxi. On the east side, the old alleyways offer a rich taste of local life, allowing you to experience the seamless blend of Changsha's modernity and tradition. The hotel service is excellent. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the mattress and pillows are just right – neither too soft nor too firm. The soundproofing in the rooms is good. On the river-facing side, due to its proximity to a main urban road and the riverside promenade, there might be a slight rustling sound from passing vehicles and people exercising during morning rush hour. However, it's all within a tolerable range, and the white noise doesn't interfere with sleeping in. (All attached photos were taken from inside the room)

Need to be able to call contact ahead of time (we chat best) to get door code. This is a homestay, more like a bed and breakfast. The location is fantastic and I loved the 4 bedroom layout! Very nice place with 1.5 baths. There were small detail issues like one of the bathroom doors was difficult to open (slider with missing handle and needing oil or better wheels?). If this is ok for you, you will be delighted with this stay. If you are exceptionally tall, the ceilings above and below the loft area may be uncomfortable, but didn't bother nor affect me. Beautiful window views. Our room was on 11th floor.
