Five-star recommendation! Bringing kids to Guangzhou, choosing this hotel was a great decision. I really have to praise the staff here, they are incredibly attentive! After checking in, they added me on WeChat, and I had a dedicated 24-hour butler who could help with all sorts of things, big or small. Any room requests were usually delivered within about 10 minutes. When traveling with kids, unexpected situations often arise, so having this service really put my mind at ease. The laundry service is also excellent; they offer wash and dry, so you don't have to do it yourself. Clothes sent in the morning were returned the same day, which is super practical for families with children! You can get free coffee on the first floor, and the latte was very good. The hotel is an older establishment that has been renovated, so it feels very new overall. The room space is a bit on the smaller side, but it didn't affect our stay experience. The value for money is excellent. The location is truly convenient; you can walk to Zhengjia Plaza for dining, drinking, and shopping without any issues. Overall, the stay was a great experience, and I highly recommend it for families with children!

Visiting Guangzhou's Tianhe district, I stayed at the ECHARM Hotel Zhengjia Plaza & Tiyu Xilu Subway Station branch. The location is truly a major advantage, with convenient subway access and walking distance to Zhengjia Plaza for easy shopping and dining. The room was clean and tidy, not cramped, and the sleeping environment was quiet. The hotel service was quite attentive; communication was smooth when issues arose, and problems were handled promptly. The facilities were well-maintained, meeting all daily living needs. For this price point in the city center, the overall experience was excellent. I recommend it to anyone visiting Guangzhou for shopping and sightseeing.

The hygiene was excellent. The smart toilet was a nice touch, and the toiletries were superb – from the Atelier Cologne Pomélo Paradis series, including a lovely-smelling body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hand soap. The environment was outstanding. Just downstairs is Yuexiu Park, offering a sense of tranquility amidst the bustle. Regarding service, there were many international guests, given the hotel's location in the old city. We saw guests from Southeast Asia, India, Africa, Europe, and America, and the service kept up with their diverse needs. The facilities were complete, and for the two nights I stayed, the overall feeling was quite good. There's also a famous old restaurant downstairs, Beiyuan Restaurant, with nearly a century of history. Do note there's a 10% service charge.

I had a very pleasant stay at Yizhi Hotel. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions and amenities. I especially appreciated the complimentary teatime provided by the hotel. It was a thoughtful touch and a nice way to relax during the afternoon. Another highlight was the hotel’s use of new technology, especially the “Xiao Du” smart assistant. It was interesting and convenient to experience this modern, tech-enabled service during my stay. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with a great combination of convenience, hospitality, and modern technology. I would be happy to stay at Yizhi Hotel again.

I stayed here for a business trip, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and airy, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering an expansive view. The facilities were well-maintained. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were excellent. The service was prompt, and the location was convenient for getting around. It's highly recommended for business travelers.

The hotel facilities are new and grand, and the location is excellent, directly facing the Canton Tower. It's very convenient to enjoy the night view, and you can even feel the vibrations right outside. Entertainment, shopping, and dining are all very convenient nearby, with a food street right next door – so many options you couldn't try them all. A very good hotel experience.

InterContinental delivered, as always, a superb experience. The room was large and spacious, and its design was very comfortable – super satisfying. Plus, it offered unparalleled views. The doorman was always on standby at the entrance, proactively opening and closing car doors. All service staff were very enthusiastic and helpful. The TV screen mirroring was incredibly smooth, and the walk-in closet even had a large dedicated makeup mirror. The rooftop pool was fantastic, and I believe both the views and the experience there are exceptional, with the only minor drawback being that the water temperature was quite cold. I deducted 0.5 stars each for facilities and service. The breakfast was decent but, considering the price, felt a bit overpriced. Breakfast included Western options (salads, pastries), a hot station (freshly made omelets, bacon, sausages), and a Chinese section. The meat selection at breakfast was very limited (sausage, bacon), and there were small details that needed improvement, such as an insufficient number of tongs in the salad area and racks for coarse grains that were too small (the corn was much wider than its designated rack). At the entrance, there was a lack of clear guidance; the ground floor reception required a detour to the elevators to reach the main hotel lobby on the third floor. Food delivery was also not seamless; riders could only leave orders in a locker, requiring guests to ask the front desk to use a robot to deliver it to the room. The 0.5 deduction for facilities was due to several issues: the bathroom door lock was unusable, the bathtub faucet splattered water, the top of the balcony door got stuck against the frame, and the balcony for the double bed only had one chair, which was a shame as it meant only one person could enjoy the beautiful view at a time.

Staying at W Guangzhou was a fantastic experience from start to finish. A special compliment goes to Vicky at check-in, who greeted me warmly and handled the entire process swiftly and professionally. The room was impressively spacious and spotlessly clean, offering top-tier comfort. Breakfast featured a huge, high-quality variety of options to start the day. The location is ideal with excellent restaurants and relaxing spas nearby, and the on-site club makes it effortless to party all night on the weekend. I look forward to returning!

The room was decent, and the front desk staff were very friendly and gave us an upgraded room. The environment was nice, the facilities were good, and the decor had character. The location was also convenient. However, the entire hotel's ventilation system had a musty smell.
