Ao!Although it's a bit far from the center of Brussels, it's easily accessible as it's just a few minutes from the nearest tram stop that goes through the city center. The room was very spacious and clean, and amenities like slippers and bathrobes were provided. The cleaning staff were very friendly. The guests in the lobby during my stay seemed calm and well-behaved, allowing for a quiet and restful night's sleep.

Anonymous UserSecond Aparthotel stay during my trip to Europe. Located right beside De Brouckere Tram station, just 3 stops away from Brussels Midi Train station. Just opposite the hotel is a supermarket, arcade and numerous restaurants and fast food restaurants. Grand Place was a 5 min walk away from the hotel.
The room was big and cosy. Plenty of wardrobe space, ironing board was also kept in the wardrobe. Kitchen was small and it had everything we needed, dish washer was also included. Toilet and shower area was separated. Heater was also placed in the shower room. Breakfast area was on level 2. Washing machines were located on level 2 too. We had some issues with the washing machines but it was resolved by the hotel staff quickly.
Overall we had a great stay here, would definitely come back if travelling to Brussels again! e

First time in Brussels. First time at this hotel. A lovely experience all round. From the Concierge to the first floor check-in to the catering, staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. I'm afraid I didn't get everyone's name, but I remember Anel went above and beyond to provide an enjoyable experience. Hotel is located in a cleaner, calmer part of the city but the busier part is only a 15 minute walk away. There are convenience shops located nearby, so it is in a good location. Room was clean and comfortable. Definitely plan to return.

Ouad69Ideally located, I really appreciated the amenities, the gym, and the breakfast. A small downside is the paid access to the spa… €50 for 24 hours. A discount for hotel guests would have been very welcome. Also, the sauna is a bit small and very busy during peak hours. Furthermore, it was difficult for me to get extra water in the room because I was told that room service and the bottle itself would cost €17…

One of the best hotel located just arm distance from the European Parliament in a very nice location. Right in front of the hotel there is a nice piazza or square with many different restaurants and bars.
The hotel was nice and super clean, with all the amenities present and buffet options was amazing with quite a variety if food options.
Rooftop bar gives you a chance to sit there and enjoy the evening drink looking at the city view.
The place I will be looking forward to comeback again

The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable.
Low price-quality ratio considering that we had no daily towel exchange service.
In general, however, the room was clean and in order.

Well connected to the city, transport and EU buildings. Close to the park and other entertainment places like restaurants and bars. Close to the bus stop going to the airport. The place is nice and clean, quite a big room, and lots of space. Tea and coffee set inside the room.

nursewandererI arrived early and was fortunately allowed to check in ahead of time. The check-in process was fine overall, and although the hotel felt a bit like a maze, I was given directions to my room. The lift was very small and quite old, so I chose not to use it again afterward.
The hotel interior was beautiful and matched the Moroccan-inspired vibe shown online. Even the hallway had a pleasant smell, which added to the atmosphere. However, my room was located in the basement and required going down a few small stairs. It was a bit dark and honestly felt slightly unsettling at times. The lighting inside the room was also quite dim.
The room appeared clean, although there was a woody smell and the linens seemed a little damp, or at least smelled that way. On the positive side, the toilet was clean and had all the expected amenities, and the shower was excellent with hot water warming up quickly.
I also appreciated being allowed to leave my bag after checkout, although I was simply told to leave it in the corner. The staff and owner were friendly throughout my stay, and I was even offered to use the toilet when I returned later to collect my luggage, which was thoughtful.
The highlight of the hotel is definitely its excellent location, with close proximity to both the Grand Place and the train station.

bigosoThe rooms do not have air conditioners. Extremely hot even when you open the windows. You wake up in a sweat! Internet is horrible. We had a luxury suite and paid more for this particular room, but it was so hot. Our stay was miserable. We sent our family to another hotel because of the conditions. Big mistake coming here
