I really have to commend the service at this hotel. First, our group of four arrived in three separate waves, with the earliest at 6 AM and the latest at midnight. The transfer driver was in constant communication with us before our arrival/landing, and always showed up at least 15 minutes early for airport and station pickups. Even though the 6 AM arrival was way before standard check-in time, the front desk staff kindly allowed us to check in. When we were leaving for Taxkorgan, the security guard even gave us a bunch of bottled water. The breakfast was good, the room facilities were complete, and there was a laundry room and a gym. It's less than a 15-minute walk to the Yawarag Comprehensive Market and about half an hour to the Old City, and it's quiet at night. All in all, a great experience! ✌🏻
