Guest UserEven before checking in, you can feel the owner's warmth and thoughtfulness. It's a very cozy B&B, and they even offer afternoon tea every day. The room is clean, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer panoramic views of the ancient town. It's also super convenient for getting around. After a day of hiking, it's the perfect place to unwind and get a good rest. I'll definitely choose this place again when I come back to Lijiang!

Guest UserSetting up my home at the foot of the snowy mountains, living amidst the scenery – this hotel fulfilled all my fantasies for a snow mountain getaway. Opening the window, I was greeted by majestic snow-capped peaks, wreathed in clouds, like a fairyland. In the morning, I witnessed the golden glow of the sunrise on the mountains; in the evening, I quietly admired the sunset painting the snow. At night, I gazed up at the brilliant starry sky – every moment was so beautiful it left me speechless. The room had a wonderful texture, with warm-toned design elements incorporating Naxi style, making it both cozy and luxurious. The private hot spring tub melted away all my fatigue. The staff were gentle and enthusiastic, with meticulous service. Every day here felt slow and peaceful, accompanied by the snow mountains, healing and wonderful. It's definitely worth countless return visits!

LixiaoyaoiiiThe rooms and public areas of this B&B are spotless, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They proactively assist guests with various issues, like guiding them through ticket bookings and helping with parking directions. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
In stark contrast, the public lobby at the nearby Mushanxue B&B was dirty and messy. The staff there were even playing games while talking to guests, a huge difference in service quality. Just putting this out there for other travelers to avoid a bad experience.

Guest UserMy friend and I stumbled upon this hotel online, and after booking, it truly exceeded my expectations!
It's right inside Lijiang Ancient Town! As soon as you step out, you're on cobblestone streets. You can walk to Sifang Street in just 5 minutes. After exploring the night market, you can just stroll back to the hotel – no need for a taxi at all, which makes you feel super safe 💯.
🏠 The facilities are unbelievably complete:
* Smart toilet – Heated seat + automatic flush. No more freezing cold toilet seats in winter!
* Central air conditioning + humidifier – The humidity here is just perfect.
* Full set of toiletries – Not those cheap sample sizes! These are proper branded products, and they smell amazing.
* 24-hour hot water + thermostatic shower – The water pressure is fantastic; showering here is pure bliss 🚿.
* They called us the day before check-in to confirm our itinerary and even sent us a guide for exploring the ancient town 📋.
* The front desk lady was incredibly sweet and upgraded us to a room with a view.
* There's free afternoon tea every day, with flower cakes and Pu'er tea. Sitting in the courtyard soaking up the sun was so chill 🌸.
* When checking out, they even gave us parting gifts (tie-dye and Pu'er tea cakes), which was a lovely touch. They also offer a free photography service, including makeup and styling, saving us the trouble of finding a photo studio ourselves!

Guest UserThe hotel's location is right next to the ancient town, with a small gate that directly leads into Lijiang Ancient Town. There's a guard on duty 24/7, so it feels very safe. The hotel isn't new, but it's very well-maintained. The outdoor areas are beautifully landscaped in a courtyard style, like a natural oxygen bar, quite different from the courtyards in Jiangnan. The pathways between courtyards are very spacious, making the daily walk to and from the lobby a pleasure.
Inside, the sofa and bedding are generally okay, though the pillows are a bit too soft and flatten almost completely every night. The TV is mounted on a rotating door, allowing it to be watched from both the living room and bedroom – a clever space-saving idea. The toilet, which appeared to be a traditional one in the Trip.com photos, has actually been replaced with a smart toilet. It's even better than mine at home; the flush is so powerful it feels like it could suck out the entire building – highly recommended!
However, the shower's water pressure is even more powerful than the Jinsha River at Tiger Leaping Gorge, causing the drain to struggle and water to flood the floor. I checked the drain cover, and it wasn't clogged; there was simply too much water.
For dining, I'd give it a 75. Breakfast was incredibly crowded. I strongly recommend going to the Indigo next door, as you'll find the food suppliers are identical, and Indigo even offers better service. At the InterContinental, you have to wait and compete for freshly cooked items. When I went to Indigo, there were only two or three tables, making it feel like a private dining experience with excellent taste. I regretted not going there on the first day.
I also tried à la carte dining at both restaurants. The Qiseguang Chinese restaurant had overly strong flavors – incredibly salty and spicy enough to make me cry out. The Zi Su restaurant was normal, neither good nor bad. Finally, I highly recommend the in-room dining options; everything was delicious, especially the matsutake and shrimp dumplings. They were so good I ordered them twice! It's strange how the in-room dining exceeded expectations while the regular restaurant food was so heavy-handed. The hotel also gifted a birthday cake for my child, which surpassed 80% of patisseries in Shanghai – not too sweet, not too rich, and we finished the whole thing. (Avoid the breakfast desserts; they're terrible).
Another very important point: hotel delivery and parcels are brought right to your room door! Many hotels require you to pick them up from a delivery rack, or they use robots. Even the Peninsula Beijing makes you go downstairs. Hotels that still have staff deliver directly to your room are rare. The InterContinental's golf carts are constantly circulating, and deliveries typically arrive within 10 minutes of being dropped off – absolutely fantastic. Ordering delivery is seamless, with all sorts of chain restaurants available. Returning around 8 or 9 PM every night, ordering some food and two milk teas is just delightful (though the popular local eateries with the best food only offer dine-in, so you have to go out for those).
Additionally, there are a decent number of charging stations available. It was about 1.3 yuan/kWh, using Telailian chargers, which is comparable to peak electricity prices in downtown Shanghai.
Finally, thanks to Claire and Lisa for their perfect service. They were responsive and attentive, ensuring a satisfactory and comfortable five-day stay.

ZYC 11This stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The hotel lobby opens out to a huge lawn with direct views of the snow-capped mountains. The butler was incredibly welcoming and guided me every step of the way with a warm smile, even proactively recommending nearby hiking trails. The attention to detail was exceptional.
The room itself was an even bigger surprise. Opening the window revealed a stunning green vista. The bedding was incredibly soft, like sinking into clouds. The bathroom's wet and dry areas were immaculately clean, and the toiletries had a lovely woody scent that I really enjoyed. They even provided their own branded merchandise as amenities, and the cube-shaped sofa was a fantastic touch.
There was absolutely nothing to complain about throughout my entire stay. Both the facilities and the service details showed incredible thoughtfulness, and the breakfast spread was very generous.

DenisStaying in the Jacuzzi Villa was an absolute delight! The Naxi-style courtyard was elegant and peaceful, and the private, temperature-controlled Jacuzzi was clean and comfortable. Soaking under the stars at night melted away all my travel fatigue. I must commend Elin, our butler, for her outstanding service. From coordinating before our arrival to her attentive care during our stay, she was always quick to respond to any needs. She was thoughtful and professional, never intrusive, which truly enhanced the relaxing vacation vibe. The facilities were excellent, and the service was an added bonus – a perfect Lijiang getaway! Highly recommended!

JennyThe Lijiang Mixue Boutique Resort provided an excellent experience! The courtyard was quiet and elegant, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Our room was spacious and smart, with comfortable bedding. Our butlers, Wendy, Ella, and Eddie, were incredibly attentive and organized every detail perfectly. The hotel is not far from Shuhe Ancient Town, making it a very comfortable stay for a family vacation. Highly recommend!

yiweng170This is my second stay at the Wyndham Lijiang Railway Station, and here's why:
1. The location is absolutely superb! It's only about 300-400 meters from the train station, which means a quick and easy start to a relaxing stay upon arrival in Lijiang, and a smooth departure. No need to tire yourself out.
2. The service is fantastic! I added the butler on WeChat, and they were incredibly responsive, helping me with any issues immediately. They even upgraded me to a family room – a huge shout-out to the little butler!
3. They offer self-service laundry and dryers, which many five-star hotels don't provide for free; you usually have to pay. The Wyndham Lijiang Railway Station is a pioneer among five-star hotels in this regard. For long-term travelers like us, this is incredibly useful. I really hope all five-star hotels will offer self-service laundry in the future, giving guests the option of self-service or paid service.
4. No need for a taxi to eat, there are plenty of restaurants right across the street.
From now on, the Wyndham Lijiang Railway Station will be my top choice whenever I visit Lijiang.
