Highly recommended! The owner is incredibly kind and enthusiastic. They arranged airport pickup, and even though we arrived at the hotel in the early hours, the owner personally helped carry our luggage to the room. The service is excellent; if you need anything, the owner will help you out, and even offered to drive us down when we were heading out. The room is spacious and clean. My favorite part is the large balcony outside, with beautiful flowers and plants perfect for photos. It's super comfortable to sit out there in the morning and evening, enjoying the breeze. There's also daily breakfast, fruit, and afternoon tea, all personally served by the owner. This level of service definitely warrants a great review. If I ever come back to Lijiang, I'll only stay here!

Setting up my home at the foot of the snowy mountains, living amidst the scenery – this hotel fulfilled all my fantasies for a snow mountain getaway. Opening the window, I was greeted by majestic snow-capped peaks, wreathed in clouds, like a fairyland. In the morning, I witnessed the golden glow of the sunrise on the mountains; in the evening, I quietly admired the sunset painting the snow. At night, I gazed up at the brilliant starry sky – every moment was so beautiful it left me speechless. The room had a wonderful texture, with warm-toned design elements incorporating Naxi style, making it both cozy and luxurious. The private hot spring tub melted away all my fatigue. The staff were gentle and enthusiastic, with meticulous service. Every day here felt slow and peaceful, accompanied by the snow mountains, healing and wonderful. It's definitely worth countless return visits!

The room is located within Lijiang Old Town. **Facilities**: It features an electric toilet, and the bathtub is very spacious and comfortable. **Cleanliness**: It's cleaned meticulously every day. **Environment**: You can enjoy views of the ancient town's architecture. **Service**: The front desk staff (a young man) was very helpful with my luggage and was exceptionally kind.

During my time in Lijiang, this was the only hotel I was truly satisfied with. I was honestly so tired of those so-called 'owner-run' B&Bs where you pay good money but get no sense of service, feeling cramped like you're intruding in someone else's home. Hygiene: Everything was excellent. Environment: Remarkably good. Both the reception and the hotel's public areas are exceptionally spacious for the Old Town. A major plus is that it's just a five-minute walk along the main road from the parking lot. Many B&Bs in the Old Town, even those not cheap, are tucked away down winding alleys with cramped receptions and gardens. This place truly offers the facilities of a proper hotel. The garden is also beautifully maintained. All public areas are lovely, well-equipped, and there's even a play area for children. The complimentary travel photography service also had very kind staff. Service: Every staff member I encountered was excellent, from management to restaurant and front desk staff. They not only greeted me proactively but also offered enthusiastic help. I've already recommended it to all my friends planning to visit Lijiang. I hope the owner continues to have great business, and that both the pets and staff receive even better welfare and benefits.

What an amazing getaway! If you are more into nature and culture....THIS IS YOUR SPOT! It is tucked away inside Shuhe Old Town but you would never know. Once you get there, it is quiet. They are very proud to show you their gardens, their squirrels (they are well provided for), their cats, and what they truly enjoy. We were welcomed with drinks, fruit, and delicious buckwheat bread while we were introduced to the dining area and the movie and games area. Their menu is wonderful. Breakfast is provided and has a set menu of Asian versus Western (i had French toast one morning and pancakes the next) and then an extra section where you can also have yogurt with toppings, fruits, breads, coffee, etc. Other meals are ordered from the menu. The variety is wonderful and the taste and quality are worth it. After traveling throughout China for a few weeks, I really just wanted a burger. The Yak burger was amazing! WARNING: once you pick it up for the first bite, you must commit to it. There is no putting it down. My hands were just a joyous mix of meat juice, cheese dripping, pickle juice, egg dripping....luckily there is a restroom right there to wash up after. Our room was very cute, small, odd, but it worked for us and you could tell it would be cozy come the snow seasons-which we will return for. The odd part was the steps that lead down into the bathroom. I thought, oooo how fun! Not so much in the middle of the night if you are not used to it. But not all rooms have that so don't let that discourage you from enjoying this place. If you are finished walking Shuhe Old Town, there are more options. We decided to walk around the back of the garden. Following the trail, we wound up in a very beautiful park with water and bridges and places to sit. Eventually, we came out at one of the ends of Shuhe. Again, you would never have known because there was no interrupting noises to tell you otherwise. One of the days we took Didi to Baisha Old Town. Another must go! We spent a full day there and still did not finish. Even the rain didn't stop everyone from enjoying everything. Make sure you find the silk art school. It is tucked away but they have a wonderful program. I could do an entire blog on their contributions and empowerment for women but for now, just go enjoy and buy something, support them. Overall, we loved this place and will go back. We were not able to enjoy the mountain this time.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel, located within the scenic Snow Mountain area and listed among the top 100 most beautiful hotels globally. First and foremost, customer service representatives Ava and Max were incredibly responsive, patient, and thorough in answering all our questions. The front desk staff also had a wonderful attitude. The restaurant servers, Xiao Zhu and Zhang Jin, were exceptional; they consistently asked us about our plans after breakfast and proactively packed us a snack box with pastries, fruit, and drinks, anticipating that we might find it inconvenient to eat while exploring the mountain. After breakfast, they even escorted us to the restaurant entrance, which was a very thoughtful touch. The housekeeping staff also did an excellent job, cleaning our room spotless every day. The room itself was spacious and clean, with stunning views of the snow-capped mountains right outside our window. We were incredibly lucky during our first two days to witness the 'Golden Mountain' phenomenon at sunrise and even a rainbow! The hotel offers a variety of activities, both paid and complimentary. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

The Shirock Hotel is located in Yuhu Village, a small village at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. You need to inform the hotel in advance if you're driving into the village. First of all, the hotel's location is excellent. It's very quiet around the hotel, but about 200 meters away is Yuhu Village's main shopping street, which is very lively. There are various trendy cafes, Western restaurants, local eateries, and different stalls. You can also experience horseback riding there, giving you a feeling of prosperity within reach. Prices in Yuhu Village are exceptionally cheap; yak meat skewers are 10 yuan for three. The skewers aren't small either. For horseback riding, if you want to try it, you can ride for 10 minutes for 20 yuan, which is great for taking photos. The hotel service is also very good. Staff members wait in the parking lot in advance to help us with our luggage. From 3 PM onwards, folk singers perform at the hotel. If the weather is clear, they play and sing on the large outdoor lawn. Looking at Jade Dragon Snow Mountain while listening to folk music is very pleasant. We experienced the Naxi family visit recommended by the hotel, which cost 100 yuan per person. During the visit, the Naxi people prepared many local snacks and tea. We also experienced grinding soybeans, and the hosts made us tofu pudding and soy milk, both of which were delicious. They also taught us about Naxi hieroglyphs. You can also try on Naxi ethnic costumes at their home. _The hotel's breakfast is relatively simple but sufficient. Basic eggs, milk, coffee, rice noodles, noodles, porridge, and some bacon, fries, etc., are provided, along with toast and bread. In the morning, there's also a special 'bao bing' (wrapped pancake) activity, where children enjoy wrapping various nuts and raisins and then baking them themselves. The hotel also offers other activities, such as Yuhu Village exploration and a 'plant hunter' hike, which we unfortunately didn't have time to experience. Here, it feels like time slows down, allowing you to explore at a leisurely pace. Yuhu Village gives off a very tranquil, comfortable, and peaceful vibe. The hotel is quite distinctive, with beautiful grounds and charming Chinese-style villas. The garden is also perfect for taking photos. It's very foreigner-friendly, with clean rooms and a rich breakfast spread. They even offer tie-dye experiences and garden photo services, making for an overall stay that truly embodies the character of Yunnan. The downsides were some issues with the room's TV and air conditioning, which were slow to be resolved. Service arrangements and communication were occasionally a bit chaotic, and the front desk's professionalism and coordination skills could use improvement. If they can enhance service management and communication efficiency, I believe the overall experience would be even better.

Lijiang Jeuroufu Garden Hotel is a stunning property comprised of 31 Naxi-style buildings, gracefully arranged along a clear river that acts as its central axis. Lush greenery and vibrant flowers intertwine with the architecture, creating a picturesque scene. From a distance, it resembles a charming Naxi village nestled at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. As its name suggests, staying at Jeuroufu feels like residing in a grand garden, with the landscape design being truly delightful. Public Spaces: The hotel boasts an Iris-designed lobby and the 'Trianon' all-day dining restaurant. The restaurant's 'Crossing the Bridge Noodles' (Guoqiao Mixian) are a particularly notable specialty. The rooms are clean, tidy, and decorated in a modern, minimalist style. They are spacious, bright, and fully equipped, providing a comfortable space for rest. The complimentary afternoon tea and wide variety of fresh fruit are a lovely touch. The hotel offers free parking and is conveniently located just across the road from Shuhe Ancient Town, making it very easy to visit the town. The only drawback is the limited breakfast selection. Due to the high number of tour groups, many items were already gone by around 8 AM.

Great hotel! The location is excellent, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions – nothing is too far away. Plus, there's a fantastic food and snack street right downstairs. The cleanliness and facilities are also very good. Highly recommend, I'll definitely be back!
