Upon entering the lobby, I was greeted by the friendly staff, whose warm smiles instantly made me feel at home. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, allowing me to quickly settle into my room. The hospitality throughout my stay was outstanding; every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met.

Pros: The environment is very good and the room is clean and tidy. I will choose it again. Needs improvement: ”The lifeguard is not good. He keeps looking at his phone. When someone wants to enter the pool and presses the doorbell, he can't hear it and says that the person didn't press it. This happened at least three times! A child seemed to choke on the water in the deep water area. His mother threw a lifebuoy over and shouted at the lifeguard but there was no response! Fortunately, the child also grabbed the ring and it was a false alarm! We were all very angry! 8.19 afternoon session

Mayland is a lovely resort. Their staff are very kind and helpful. 雷欣（Suet Yan) was particularly helpful. We couldn’t sort our app to get a car and she helped us. The changing rooms for the resort pool needs a refresh. Even just changing some of the curtains and better lighting will make the place look better. Lots of hot springs to pick from. Nice indoor pool. Need to swim with a swim cap though. Outdoor pool in the photos is actually not accessible by guest. Chinese restaurant was delicious. Buffet was acceptable for 178¥

The hotel is right near the highway exit on the roadside. There is a free parking lot and charging piles. The front desk service at check-in is very good and we upgraded the room for free. There is a convenience store in the lobby which is very convenient. There is also free laundry and help with washing and ironing! There are also quite a lot of breakfast varieties, because you have to check out early at 6:30, and the food is pretty good! The experience in all aspects of the hotel is good, and the service is excellent. If I have any questions, they will try their best to help me solve them!
